Ive no idea as well. It doesnt make sense mathematically,as 100,000*500 is 50,000,000
Any way heres a pointer. Dont send anything via DHL to the US. I sent an item on the 16th via DHL and it was routed through Brussels, because of the ash(making a 1 day delay) and then sent to the USA.
Their tracking said "forwarded for delivery" since the 21st, so I rang them up today. They told me they forwarded it to USPS, and gave a USPS tracking number that hasnt updated since the 21st
Im going to ring USPS on Monday, as this is not on. If I wanted the parcel to reach their in a week or so, Id choose royal mail and not DHL.
According to the p2g site, it should have arrived in three days(I allowed two extra for the ash)
Ill now be ring USPS up on Monday. Im glad they speak english!0 -
Re: Parcel2go
http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/business/s/1221639_parcel2go_wraps_up_honourAround 800,000 customers use its services a year.
Turnover this financial year is expected to be around £16m, up from £11.5m.0 -
This one makes sense, as 800,000 customers does not represent the amount of orders placed per customer. They arent making much per parcel, I would think0

We use Parcel 2 Go at least 3-4 times per week - it's normally DHL - never had any problems and always happy customers!0

Parcel 2 go are a reseller they do not deliver or collect anything they have contracts withe other companies such as DHL or UPS to deliver. So you are not dealing with the delivery service directly0 -
Hey guys,
Im looking to send my PC from Surrey to Newcastle for much needed repairs! The tech guy in Newcastle told me the shipping fee's were around £30-70 but I thought this seemed incredibly high. Having read some of this forum post this seems to be the case - can anyone reccomend a good way to send my parcel (more worried about it getting their safely and cheaply rather than speed of delivery!)
Specs of package are approx 17kg L=51cm H=51cm D=20cm
Any wisdom on this subject would be greatly welcomed!0 -

Hi. Any of the companies mentioned on here will move it for you that's the easy part, cost no more than £10. Unfortunately I don't think no one will cover it under any insurance should it get damaged (although I think you're ok if it gets lost). Best advise, pack it very very well.0 -
I used Parcel2Go's online web page chat to confirm some points before ordering, instant and good answers!0
