I've received about £500 since 2006. Have had no major problems, with both the small amounts and the big ones (Amex card etc) paid with no hassle.

I'd agree with John Boyle above that you should only use cashback for purchases you would have made anyway, to avoid disappointment.

been an 'occassional' member since june 08 with just over £300 earnt (rarely remember to check though!)

Only had one thing refused (woolies cashback, after they went bust)
and one hasn't tracked (recent Tescos)

One took proper months to be paid, I think 6 months, but did in the end I've just done my sky, it's tracked so fingers crossed

We've got a few hundred pounds back via Quidco over the past 2 years, not a single problem, including with insurance products. I use Firefox and wipe any and all cookies relating to the site and referrer URLs before logging into Quidco and clicking through to the merchant. Money for next to nothing in most cases :beer:

4/5. Only ever had one problem with low value transactions. It's the high value ones that seem to hiccup. I've also had a co-op insurance not track, but after an enquiry they validated it. Money is due sometime this month... Butlins didn't track, but enquiry went through and its all paid now. O2 broadband is still sitting on an enquiry, coming up to 60 days..

Just used Internet explorer 8 (standard settings security at medium high) and quidco for a 2k purchase at goldsmiths. Will my cashback track, worried now after reading quidco recommend security set to medium.

Been with QuidCo for over 3 years and have had over £2000 in cash back. Think I have only had to chase up about 6 cashbacks in that time. All were settled in my favour bar 2 for something like 70p.

Will always check to see if the merchant is on QuidCo before I buy anything online now.

I have been with Quidco for a couple of years and have had more than £2000 paid out. Only one problem in that time and Quidco sorted it out. I also use Top cashback and have had nearly £700 in the past year. Never had a problem with them and transactions are quick to track and be paid. I am tending to use them more now as when I compare cashback rates with Quidco they are usually better.

I also use Mozilla Firefox solely for cashback transactions (I usually use Internet Explorer for everything else) and make sure the cookies and previous history are cleared which should help ensure all items track successfully.

I've only used Quidco and never had any problems, everything I have bought has shown and I get a nice suprise when I get an email telling there is a pyment on the way!!
