  • Very helpful - they even paid me cashback from their own funds when the merchant had gone bust. I recommend very highly.
  • Had one payment not made. Was cashback from buying a very expensive bouquet on interflora.com!

    Other than that been great.

I love Quidco, I always get paid within the statistics stated for payment speed and have never had any problems at all! So far have earned £803.53 since Sept 06 - Love it, Love it, Love it!!
  • Thanks to this site I signed up for Quidco and TopCashBack. Despite this (and the fact I have not used cashback sites for very long) my quidco has returned £51.68 (56.68 less £5 charge) and I have not used TCB. The charge is completely reasonable in my opinion for the service provided. Straightforward bank transfer means you dont need to worry.

What will be interesting is what will happen to the £0.40 being tracked from La Redoute where I took an offer for a t-shirt reduced from £23 to £8 with FREE delivery and a FREE trench coat for the gf (if she likes it!). The t-shirt is out of stock so has been cancelled but the coat is still being delivered. So if quidco still pays out then ive got a trench coat for 40p! :rotfl: I cant imagine I will be that lucky!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I have had very few problems with Quidco, but on two separate occasions I have had to go through lengthy checks to be able to claim cash due from pets insurance. On both occasions (different organisations) the cash was not tracked until I made a complaint and instigated an investigation.

On the first occasion I got everything paid up. This year I am still waiting for one of the two pets' insurance cash, the other has been validated.

Otherwise, no problems at all. I think it is more a problem with the insurance organisations than with Quidco, quite honestly.

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

I have never been paid from them at all. Even though a transaction was tracked, one year later I am still waiting. If you send them a ticket, complete waste of time.

how many transactions are you talking about?...from your post it reads like you have made one transaction and didn't get paid...or do you mean you have made 20+ transactions and 1 still hasn't been paid but the others have?

In sampling surveys, 1 attempt in isolation is not representative of very much, especially if there's a chance the problem may have been of your own making.

Problems can sometimes be caused by competing cookies etc and normally, when its our own fault, we like to blame someone else.

You're likely to be a long time waiting for that one (if you get it at all) - large numbers of people reporting problems in getting payment from Quidco on this, both in MSE forums and on the Quidblog.

Thats because people generally only post when they haven't received cashback. I personally took out a policy with MoreThan in March and was paid the cashback in August, but then that doesn't make as good a story for you does it?
  • I love Quidco, I've been a member since November 2006 and made £670. Mainly on things I would have bought via online retailers anyway. Now when I need to buy something I always check whether they are on the Quidco merchant list before deciding where to purchase it from. Quidco is effectively steering my purchasing decisions. (Obv if the item is much cheaper on a site not included in Quidco then I'll buy direct, I'm not silly!!)

All in all I've not had many issues with things not tracking. Ebay is probably the most temperamental for me and the one where I have to raise queries more often than not. Quidco tracking issues are always sorted within the timeframes listed.

    I think it's great!

Not tried any other cashback sites as I'm happy with the service and cashback from this one.

  • Been a member for 3 years and do everything I can via Quidco. Have received over £1000 tax-free.

I am really grateful to MSE for introducing me to Cashback sites.

I use Mozilla Firefox just for Quidco, and have my minimum payment set to zero (for a while I didn't understand why I wasn't receiving anything, but it was because I'd set a minimum payment level of £25). Am also adamant about clearing cookies and anyway use CC to 'clean' the laptop every night. I've only got a fiver outstanding and Quidco have been great about chasing this up. Never had any problems with replies to tickets or anything.

    I love Quidco!
