I'm happy with quidco and most of my transactions are ok

except

comet, they are a nightmare, nothing every tracks, even though i have my receipt and do all stuff right, delete cookies, i've raised queries but get nowhere.

Joined quidco today to get 8% cash back on sofa chairs etc

I cleaned all the history cookies rtc from explorer

logged in on quidco found there laura ashley link and made the purchase

BUT the transaction is not showing to my HORROR:eek:

any ideas?

Most transactions take longer then a few hours to track on Quidco.

If you use the latest version of IE make sure you untick the 'Preserve Favourites website data' or it will keep cookies of websites that you have in your favourites, and those that you also visit a lot.

I took out Home Insurance with More Than at the end of July and its now in this payment run, so takes 6 months for payment to be received. Most Insurance cashback payments now seem to take a lot longer than they did a couple of years ago when they took a matter of weeks to payout.

Thanks JAG just found that the 'Preserve Favourites website' was ticked.

Does this we wont get our cashback? what can i do about it?

Mine's still outstanding from almost a year ago. More Than has been a disaster area for Quidco, and I'll never use them again for insurance - too much to lose if it goes pear-shaped, as it has for so many More Than customers. Difficult to work out where the blame lies, so I shan't be using More Than again either - partly because of all the junk mail they keep bombarding me with.

I signed up for More Than home insurance January last year.

I raised tickets when I didn't get the cashback.

It was declined in the 11th month of my policy.

Quidco emailed me in December to say that More than were going to look into it again, I just had to fill in an online form.

They say I'll get an answer within 60 days.

Yes I did clear my cookies beforehand and I didn't save a quote.

Very similar situation for me. My guess is you'll get a positive answer, but you'll probably have to wait another couple of months for the cash. I'm not at all sure what's been going on with these More Than payments, but I smell a very large rat.

I now distrust More Than AND Quidco!
