I clear cookies before the transaction, sometimes twice, just to make sure, and up until now have had few problems. But on Sunday did a 'new sign-up' ASDA order and nothing has happened and Quidco doesn't chase these ones up, which rather implies that a lot of people are having problems with ASDA. Otherwise I have missed some Book People cashback and Zoombits, both under £1 so Quidco is not interested.

Edit, later: How bizarre is that. Placed an order tonight with ASDA for £1.93 and forgot to go through Quidco. But it has tracked for 6p. How on earth... (No sign of the £5 though.)

Same problem here, did my first home shop with ASDA yesterday through Quidco, but it hasn't shown up on my Quidco account.
Really not fair, when they advertise £5 for first shop but don't pay it out.

I was pleased with Quidco initially but one transaction was declined. I applied for a Vanquis card with them which tracked in April but them was declined by Vanquis 5 months later despite giving Quidco the transaction number and my Vanquis account number which they requested it was still declined.

Another merchant never tracked Money4gold but this did track with Topcashback. All my ebay transaction have tracked with topcashback so I stick with them for ebay purchases and most other things now as I have lost faith in Quidco.

Has anyone had any parcelmonkey cashbacks tracked? I have placed 14 seperate orders this last week and only 1 has tracked and that was at the old £1 rate.

Most of my eBay transactions fail to track with Quidco.

I think Quidco are good for little purchases, like CDs from Play.com, but this year I was let down on £65 cashback from Co-operative insurance - it was declined. I had fulfilled all the conditions, but Quidco jsut said 'the merchant' had declined because I had not fulfilled all the conditions! Easy for Co-op to say this! Quidco seemed to take a month to answer every time I raised a query. They just kept repeating that the 'merchant' had declined, and did nothing with the proof I offered them that I had fulfilled all the conditions. I felt Quidco just 'believed' the 'merchant' and were doing nothing about it. I think the Co-op has declined most transactions yet Quidco kept letting them advertise the £65 cashback which they refused to give me. I HATE the SLOW and difficult 'ticket' system Quidco has. I will NOT EVER buy insurance from Co-Operative insurance again, nor will I use Quidco for big purchases, because I do not trust them to follow up when things are declined on no evidence.

I've been waiting since August for the money from the Co-op for car insurance, have raised a ticket, got told not to worry, it can take 6 months to pay!!!!!! I have little hope now having read this!

Morethan payment still missing after several months. I'd advise against using them for insurance - too much at stake to lose.

Agreed. I'm still waiting on my Sainsbury's Insurance cashback from early April '09. Can't see me getting it. Haven't bothered with Quidco for months. TCB = better service, quicker payment and excellent customer service; by which I mean someone actually answers questions and doesn't just copy/paste a generic response! And all this for no yearly "membership" fee. :T
