Quidco Feedback Thread

Ive always used Quidco - but after the hassle with MOREthan Im going to try topcashback.

It annoyed me that so many people were rejected at the same time and Quidco didnt find this strange. We had to kick up a fuss to get some sort of result - Im still waiting for my payment they said after 2 rejections can now be paid.

Customer service is king in this day and age and Im not prepared to accept 2nd rate service, too many firms are competiting for your business. Im afraid Quidco are not top of the tree anymore and if everyone goes else where they will have to get their act together.

Its not on people are having to wait over 6months or a year to get the cashback

I hope for their sake things improve, they used to be so good, I hate the new site definatly a step backwards.

Well, my August 99 MoreTh>n insurance cashback has gone through!
I have a ticket open with QuidCo and they told me that it was the the affiliate network between QuidCo and MoreTh>n and that they had now changed.
But anyway, the cash is now payable, so thanks QuidCo.
(I hope our other car's insurance cashback, from October, makes it soon too!)

I did the same,I've closed my Quidco account -no issues at all with TCB;)

im just wondering how long do tesco usually take to pay out? mine has been tracked and validated for about 6 weeks now.....also waiting for the priceminster payment to be paid which has also tracked/validated...

I also ditched Quidco after they finally paid my Sainsbury's Insurance. Goes to show how dim their staff are; I sent a ticket to say I wanted the account closed and I got one of those "Your ticket has been updated, click link to read" e-mails only to find I couldn't log in to read it because they'd already closed the account! (I imagine the reply was along the lines of, "Thank fook for that!") Thankfully the people at TCB have some braincells betwen them! Glad to see the back of Quidco and certainly won't be going back. Home and contents insurance are due in a few days so I look forward to seeing how long TCB take to go from Pending to Payable.

I've got a Tesco transaction going back to October tracked and validated seems such a long time ago now.

I have an Expedia transaction which shows as validated, how long would this normally take to get paid out??

Since they changed to the new website design does it no longer give you the date each transaction should be paid?

I joined weight watchers back at start of jan, it didnt track. So I sent off a querie thing, I put in it the date and time from the confirmation email from WW that I joined, then got a reply asking for the same info again??????
They have said it will take 30 days to reach a desicion and it could get declined and if it does I cannot appeal?? Im really disapointed, I only joined WW this time because of the £30 cashback!!!
