Been with Quidco since Dec '06. It was my first and still probably my mose used cashback site for actual purchases. I've had around £1k cashback paid now. Only problem I've ever had with Quidco cashback has been with Argos when they temporarily did the cashback via entering codes from their receipts but nothing to complain about.
I've had great success with their query system, few tickets are still "processed" going years back but these are due to the companies no longer being around, on the other hand Quidco paid out themselves for other queries that didn't seem to be going anywhere from years back.
It's obviously the most well established cashback site and I find it actually has a wider range of companies available for cashback through them than anyone else.
It doesn't have many daily clicks but there's still plenty of no spend offers there's a regular supply of new ones. The site itself is very clean and clear and easy to use. Payments always come at the end of the month and I've never had any delays when a payment is available. There is an anual admin fee of £5 but this is easily covered with the daily clicks.
Despite all this I wouldn't say it's my number one site as I find myself more and more using other sites for cashback, where Quidco has always been my main site for cashback on actual purchases. I'm giving it a "4"0 -
This was my first proper cashback site - over £1000 over the years and generally happy. I had a few transactions remain validated for months (some for years) but eventually paid up or settled by them in one of their clean up operations. Overall very satisfied and recommended to many friends and colleagues.

Good cashback site - only ever had one problem £55 cashback but was well sorted by QUIDCO. Therefore had to vote a 4 but really would have given them a 5. regarding the time taken to get the cashback - well is that just no part of the t&c's, am sure i read them. You cant take the trousers off an elephant!0

how many transactions are you talking about?...from your post it reads like you have made one transaction and didn't get paid...or do you mean you have made 20+ transactions and 1 still hasn't been paid but the others have?
In sampling surveys, 1 attempt in isolation is not representative of very much, especially if there's a chance the problem may have been of your own making.
Problems can sometimes be caused by competing cookies etc and normally, when its our own fault, we like to blame someone else.
The problem isn't of my own making. The transaction has tracked at £0.00 which is apparently normal, then the full amount was supposed to follow three months later. So far, nothing.
I have done everything correctly yet they are struggling to understand that the contract is between me and them and this is breach of contract. This is illegal.0 -
I clear cookies before the transaction, sometimes twice, just to make sure, and up until now have had few problems. But on Sunday did a 'new sign-up' ASDA order and nothing has happened and Quidco doesn't chase these ones up, which rather implies that a lot of people are having problems with ASDA. Otherwise I have missed some Book People cashback and Zoombits, both under £1 so Quidco is not interested.
Edit, later: How bizarre is that. Placed an order tonight with ASDA for £1.93 and forgot to go through Quidco. But it has tracked for 6p. How on earth... (No sign of the £5 though.)0 -
After having problems in October 2008 with Esure tracking too low for our buildings & contents we were informed by Quidco there were conflicting cookies !! We HAD cleared cookies prior to buying so we argued the toss & eventually, although Esure didn't give Quidco the difference, Quidco DID give us it out of their own pocket. :T
So, we then cleared cookies again & followed all advice on the Quidco site to buy insurance for our car (Esure) plus a rescue package (Rescue My Car). That was July or August 2009.
We then realised nothing was tracking !!
WHERE TO GO FROM HERE ... as now we have no faith in Quidco & need our buildings & contents for Nov 1st. (Yes, we have left it very late, I know !!)

Been with Quidco for 3+ years no major problems, just lately they seem to be going down hill, bought insurance via the AA, didnt track, I claimed and provided all details, apparently the AA now want to have the original quote Number as well, which i deleted when purchased the policy and had the policy number, so beware.
Just purchased Esure insurance last week and it has not tracked, quidco will not accept a tracking query for 70 days, maybe i should cancel the policy within the 14 days cooling off and try another company, Quidco's days could be numbered if they carry on like thissanfly0 -
On monday i purchased items through quidco for both argos and feelunique.com however they are not listed as tracked in my earning section.
Should they have shown up by now?
On the same day i puchased and item from carphone warehouse and that is showing as tracked
Thanks0 -
