Hi All,
I have recently downloaded IE8, and I can distinctly hear AlienRik in my ear suggestiing Firefox!!!!:rotfl:
I have searched these forums and have read a little about Safari being better??
Can anyone advise and point me in the right direction for more info and safe downloads!!
Thanks
Suzanne

I wouldn't use Safari coz there is nowhere near as many addons for Safari, I have only found a handful, Firefox on the other hand has thousands, I couldn't live without them.0

Thought Safari was an Apple OS and Firefox the best Win browser0

Firefox is the best browser for windows. End of story.lolWhen dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

IE has no security, I chucked it ages ago. Most people I know now use FireFox.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

Why not try them all, use the browser that you like best, they don't cost anything.
I have ie6, Firefox, Opera and Chrome on my computer, I use each of them for different applications.0 -
Thanks All,
Do you have any links for me!!!!
Cheers

A couple of things...
Some sites will not cater for the different browsers. So whilst most look fine in IE, there can be subtle issues in FF and Safari.
Not really looked into Chrome.
Personally... I used FF. But that is due to some of the add-ons which I cannot work without!0 -
I use SRWare Iron which is based on Chromium like Chrome from google but has better privacy features and has an adblocker.0
