I've tried to install 1 and a message has come up saying the window service installer is already running on your system0 -

You don't need either of the earlier Service Packs; the latest one includes them. Since you've already downloaded it, try running it again.0

Tried running it again but it has come up with the same message The feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM or removeable disc that is not available0
