    But that's Windows XP SP3 again you're thinking of! The version number of 10.2627.2625 that was listed earlier is for Office XP without any SP's installed. Which I was very surprised about!

    Try installing Service Pack 1, as listed in the links in Post 60.

    I've tried to install 1 and a message has come up saying the window service installer is already running on your system

    You'll need to re-start then first, and try to install again.

    You don't need either of the earlier Service Packs; the latest one includes them. Since you've already downloaded it, try running it again.

    I just thought it might help though if they were installed, as that's how most other people would've installed it.

    Tried running it again but it has come up with the same message The feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM or removeable disc that is not available
