Thanks for the replies, Ive twiddled about a bit, not sure what I did (not understanding what I was doing at all), but seems to have worked, as this thread popped up at the top of my suscribed list (hense me finding it again to thank you!!!), so something must have worked!:beer:0

It used to be so easy,following what you had posted and the replies.Like many others i have been struggling too.Clicking on "no email notification" does not make sense.Why not just have resubscribe.Goodness they have made it hard!0

you can resubscribe
just change your subscription options and post on the thread
or as you say click on the subscribe to thread option
its really not hard.running a large forum is heavy on resources0 -

Selecting that option means that you will subscribe to every thread you start or post on (so it appears in your userCP), but you won't receive an email every time the thread receives another reply. Thanks fermi and custardy.i have got there eventually.i could not find a"subscribe to thread" option,and having "no email notification" as a choice after they disabled the option to subscribe is not very clear at all.That is why there are so many people asking for help lately.0

Can I also say, am I the only FM who has to keep refreshing the page to see if a FM has replied to one of my posts/threads...
Can somebody please advise about this, as I did not have this problem before the upgrade a while ago... :beer:

hi MD, i've been having problems since yesterday morning, forum froze around 10.00am & ever since have been having to keep refreshing pagesplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0
