I've found ever since downloading Firefox as my default browser that I can find old subscribed threads by searching my history. Press Ctrl + H and you'll see a search box at the top of your history; just enter the term(s) you want to search for. You can even put spaces in between each term e.g. I wanna buy-it do-it.
With Internet Explore do the same except click on the arrow next to where it says History then select Search History.
It’s a good idea to delete unused subs as some, if not most, are probably unnecessary.0 -
Er......I'm not a comper....
I used to go straight to user cp to see all threads that I'd posted in and now I can't see them....so for example if I'd posted in a thread asking for further info to try and help people on the employment board who were being shafted - I'll never know if they ever came back and updated. So I'll only happen upon it by chance now. There is no 'tick' saying that you've posted in that thread at all. So you can't even see it on the original board or the new posts selection.
Subscribing to every thread means selecting a thread tool, selecting subscribe and then selecting another option! Far too much faff.
Wouldn't it be better just to regularly delete all thread subs over 6 months old; and keep the numbers down that way?
I'm not being funny, but this is rubbish. It will make the forum a much less integrated place to be.0 -

1) Go to user CP
2) Click on 'Your Profile'
3) In the top left there is a box that is titled "Forum Info". Under that there is two options:
"Find all posts by username"
"Find all threads started by username":T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -

a- I've already sorted it [that's what the 'done - thanks' bit was about earlier].
b - Why would I go through all those steps when one will do?0 -

Awhile ago I found that UserCP didn't always show updated threads I had posted on/started so now instead of going to UserCP I go to Quick Links then Subscribed Threads. All threads in bold have posts on that I haven't yet read.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
