Hastings Direct cashback £55 + £30 fuel vouchers and more for car insurance

Success at last.

After waiting 2 months I received a cheque for £5.00 to cover cost of numerous telephone calls.

Another 4 months have passed and now received £15.00 compensation money

AND received my fuel vouchurs to fill in, these were sent from Hastings, NOT Leapfrog?? strange cos Hastings always said that Leapfrog will send vouchurs out.

Anyway filled them in and sent them off, hopefullt will receive £30.00 cheque after waiting 6 months and numerous emails & telephone calls.

Needless to say I wont be renewing my car insurance in 6 months time with Hastings!

:j:j just a update today. i got my cheque for 30 pounds.i made a call to leapfrog yesterday and was told it went out yesterday.

That's good to know. I sent mine off on 5th May, so I'm a bit more hopeful now I know that someone has actually had their cheque :T

My cheque arrived within the last few days too, finally. Will I renew with them though ? Not a hope in hell, customer service has been beyond a joke.

Just got my three receipts now have to wait to post it at the beginning of next month so they get it in the specified time frame. All this for £30. Another one who wont be renewing with Hastings Direct....

After finally waiting nearly 6 months

I have received my £30 cheque. Thanks to everyone who helped me, it was a long 6 months just for £30, but I was determined I was not going to be fobbed off and loose out on the deal.

Those 3 fuel vouchur dont take long to fill in and make sure you send off within the time frame and it should be ok.

Got the £5.00 from Hastings for numerous telephone calls and another £15.00 to make up for waiting so long

So £50.00 all together, quite successful.

Keep going everyone and keep on at them so they bow to pressure

I still haven't received anything, despite phonecalls and emails! :-( I did get my cashback though.

Sent off my vouchers about 10th May, received cheque on 28th May. Cashback had settled last year with no issues. Sorry others have had so much trouble, odd that some have been so straightforward and some so very convuluted
