I was supposed to get an MOT voucher last year when I signed up with them. They said it would be sent out when my MOT was due to be done.
Never got it so rang afterwards and asked why and they said it was a mistake and they'll send me one. Eventually it did arrive.
im still waiting for mine and my mot is due in 2 weeks :mad:0 -
It is now over six months and despite four phone calls, two letters and three e-mails there is still no sign of my vouchers (or indeed, as I now understand, the necessary forms which are needed to submit with receipts.)
I have at last received a letter from Hastings acknowledging my latest letter and stating that they will respond within 28 days, but I will not hold my breath!
As a matter of interest Gwen, did you contact the Financial Ombudsman?0 -
Grrrrrrrrrrrr, I share all your frustrations. I've been waiting since November, and only renewed with them because of the voucher, I wish I hadnt. The latest is that they are going to send me a cheque for £30, I do not want the vouchers, I just want the money owed to me. Dont give up, keep contacting them. The latest is that Lisa from complaints said a cheque would be put in the post and I should have received it last week and Rob was supposed to call me first thing Monday, did he? no! And he was supposed to be ringing me today, did he? no! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr0

Purchases to be made between 01.01.2010 and 31.08.2010. You need 3 receipts from consecutive months and you can only make a claim between the 1st and 14th of the next month from your last purchase..

According to the offer conditions you should have ben paid by now:Leapfrog will send a cheque within 28 days from the date of receipt of the customer's claim in the SSAE that the customer provided as part of their claim.
Don't let the grass grow under them! Get them to honour their offer or else!0
