Has anyone attually recieved their £30 of petrol?
I had to phoned Hastings to remind them I had recieved my £30 Petrol Vouchers. When I got them it took me about an hour to complete the claims. I had to fill in each of the 3 vouchers with my Name Address & Insurance details. I had to find 3 petrol reciepts for more than £10 from 3 consecutive months and supply a stamped self addressed envelope. I was sure I had met all the conditions of the claim but it was refused. They refused my claim as it did not arrive within 14 days of the last month of my petrol reciepts. This is dispite my posting it on the 13th of the month.
No second chance no free petrol I feel well ripped off. It seems you have to jump through hoops to apply for your £30 and then they refuse for no reason. Why did it matter if I was a day late I don't understand unless they are looking for any chance not to pay the £30.
I am currently trying to find someone at Hastings to talk too about the claim but it is difficult due to the hoildays.0 -
Hastings want nothing to do with it. They say it is through another company Leapfrog and they do not have a number for them. Been ripped of also!!!!!!!!!!!!0

I've also been ripped off by hastings, sent everything back within 14 days and met all conditions and they refused my claim too.0 -
how can you contact leapfrog, has anyone got a number of address
i joined hastings in oct and not received any fuel vouchuers to fill in and complete, tried getting in touch with hastings and no one called me back. £30 is a lot of money to me and I am not going to be fobbed off by this.

Thanks for that. I have wrote to them and am awaiting to receive my vouchurs.
I understand that you need to have 3 fuel vouchurs from 3 consective months and they need to be over £10.00.
How long does it take to fill the vouchurs in. I do not want to get ripped of by this offer and I think I have until April to send the receipts and vouchurs in.

I, too, have not received any vouchers, plus item did not track via quidco and you have to wait 90 days to raise an earning enquiry from Hastings :mad:
I have emailed them to see where my vouchers are, but suspect I will get no response.Has anyone had any success with this?

I wrote to leapfrog on Jan 12th, no response 2 weeks ago now
tried contacting Hastings 3 times, no reply,
I only joined Hastings for this offer and looks like neither of them want to stump up their money
only got til April to send all documentation in

Basically, sounds like a bit of a con trick to get you to go with them. Not good customer service. I, too, only went with them for the offer, but won't again when its time to renew the car insurance0

Don't let them off!
Have a go at that Mat Shepherd from Hastings and ask him if he thinks his company have really "helped keep motorists on the road" or was it just a con to sell more policies! (See his quote in post #6)0
