I got the cheque this weekend as well, 2 weeks after posting. I made sure it was sent recorded delivery to them, so it didn't 'get lost';). Still no £55 from quidco yet, though.

I got a letter today after my formal complaint saying that they are sending me a cheque for £30 instead of the vouchers. So I am now awaiting cheque!
  • I insured with HD 6 Oct 2009.
After several months I remembered about the Fuel vouchers so I phoned up and was told that there had been lots of problems with the vouchers so they would send me a cheque for £30 which I should receive in 3 to 5 working days.
After a couple of weeks I phoned again and was told I should receive it in 7 to 10 workings days.
After another couple of weeks I phoned to enquire about my renewal quote. I was advised that it should be sent next week. I said that, even if their's was the best quote, I would not renew unless the £30 fuel offer was deducted. I received a £30 cheque last Friday and put it straight in the bank. :j Hope it clears :exclamati

If anyone is still waiting don't give up. Threaten to cancel or not renew.
    Best wishes, AgeingSaver

I am just waiting for my renewal letter so I can move insurers. Hopefully getting the renewal letter wont be the same farce as getting the £30 was !

  • I`ve been waiting 6 months for my £50 cashback from Qudico, it was validated 2 months ago but still nothing, not impressed!

Hi, I have the same problem - the Quidco cashback was a major factor in me choosing Hastings, it worked out the cheapest policy when taking that into account.

My cashback was validated six months ago too and they still haven't paid it. I emailed Hastings and they said it's nothing to do with them, so I emailed Quidco last month and here is their reply:

    Hi Joanne,

We are currently experiencing delays with payment of Hastings Direct transactions due to their affiliate network being behind with their processing, and we are working hard with them to rectify the situation. Please be assured that we will continue to do so until the issue is resolved for all members affected by this delay.

In the meantime I would like to thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards,
