I have a real longing for toad in the hole and onion gravy but that would be terribly bad so it'll probably be something worthy like chicken and steamed veg.

Why not try and get a little closer to that feeling of comfort food? For me it would be a pork chop and finely chopped steamed cabbage with a tiny bit of gravy, but I think one of the diet companies, weight watchers? might make sausages.

I use tesco's own sausages as they are not as expensive as WW and roughly the same values. They are ok - I can't think of any way to do a low fat yorkshire pud though!

Me neither. For stodge value though, perhaps a sausage sandwich might hit the spot?

All I've eaten for the past couple of days has been fruit, mainly apples, as I'm still feeling constantly sick and it's about all I can manage.
So have eaten a handful of grapes, and some stewed apples i made last night, so far today..Meaning I'm fairly positive about the weigh-in, when I build up the courage to do it this evening. Have also been taking my vitamins for the first time in ages!

Hi all, hope everyone is well :D

I'm on the front but there's no weight down, I was 9st9 at the start of the month (weighed myself 30th @ 8.30pm) - I've not had any junk since and been on the toning table twice, I have just weighed myself tonight @ 8.30pm and I'm 9st7 - So that is 2 pound weight loss this week:j.
