Selling my 3 bed semi & need to get people through the door. any ideas?

do you mean on the front page of right move advert? sorry, being a little thick now.

i shall contact the agents again, but when i asked them last time they said the brouchire link thingy was the way they did it.

i could pay £95 to right move to up grade the listing for 1 month , but this seems a little high to me. i shall maybe do that if its still on here after christmas ?

I agree, I would have just assumed there was only 1 outside shot as most other listings have the internal shots on the main page.

you see this in the list of all houses in that search bracket. and to see more pics you have to click on brouchure which takes you to a larger pic of the front of the house but then you have to click the brouchure button againm which is rather small and not easy to see

I agree with this. I looked first time and didnt think much of it but then i noticed you had said to click the brochure. If i lived in the area i would certainly buy it, very well presented with a private drive big enough for 2 vehicles, garage and modern bathroom/kitchen and big garden.

You're right, the only problem is the presentation on rightmove. Do what you can to get those pics on the front page and you're sure to have some viewings (im also too lazy to look at brochures when browsing sites!)

Who are the half-naked people in the photo or picture above the fireplace? Whether or not that's you, family, or others, that has GOT to go before the viewings......

Looks like a well-presented house - the staging and decluttering is good, maybe needs a bit more taken off the shelves in the bedroom.

Sales tactics; sale board, internet, agent's window. Local papers and press. You're in a cul-de-sac - where's the nearest high-volume traffic? Has the agent put a road-end board up? Has the agent done flyers, cards, or other promotionals to your neighbours, and the surrounding streets? Do something to get the neighbours talking about your house, and possibly telling friends and family.

Who is likely to move to your 3-bed? Identify who they might be, and tell them about your house.

That's a start. Any of these you haven't done yet?
