its a VW Bettle 1967 I couldn't see if it was the front of a beetle or the back of a Moggie Minor, we are doing it up. i know it make the place look a mess but we cant move it just yet. not far off now though and if someone wanted to buy the house then i could get it shiffted of course

Try and get some of those internal shots on the front page. Some people (like me) are too lazy or stupid to find the brochure;).0 -

The internal shots look very good. It looks like a well presented house.
Try and get some of those internal shots on the front page. Some people (like me) are too lazy or stupid to find the brochure;).
how do i get the shots on to the front page, as i agree with you that they need to be. i did ask the agents at the time and they said thats just how they did it....with the brochure thingy.
on the facebook event and cards in the newsagents i have all the pictures on.
dead end street..thats just what we say haha

I see 56 Hermitage Road, which I guess is very similar, sold for £124,995 in August 07 so your price may be a little high in today's climate.
Did you buy your house for £43,000 in 2001? I can't find a sold price for it since.0 -

I'd go in and see them and tell them that you've had feedback that at least a couple of internal shots need to be on the front page. They are working for you remember.
The interior views are IMO a real selling point of this house. The agent should realise that.0 -
I too wouldn't find the pictures if I was just looking and I'd assume that there weren't any ... As lots of repos only have one photo plus those houses with horrid interiors...
Mirrors on the side of the bath? Proper glass ones? Intriguing!

yes i did buy it in 2001 for that and have spent a lot of money doing it up, need a lot of work.
yes 56 sold in 2007 at the beining of the crash for 124 995 but my house has a lot more land and private drive compare to them. also brid is a strange market you can still buy a flat for 145 and they sell haha. no its really under priced for brid' but priced just right for the current market

But. People seeing the front page and then digging around sold prices aren't going to know that without more info on that front page.

It's a really nice house,
BUT, like every-one else, I would have looked on Rightmove and discounted it. You need all those lovely photos on the front page.0
