have you thought of asking pontins if they have a baby box or something similar for parents of small babies, they should be able to lend / hire you steraliser travel cot/ high chair etc.Give blood - its free0

Don't forget to take some Calpol 'just in case'
You could buy some disposable bottles that are sterile sometimes Tesco has then on special offer and then you just have to cold water sterilise the other stuff.
I think also that if you boil everything in a big clean pan for 9 minutes that sterilises them?
Also some of baby Kit's favourite toys & blanket (or whatever she is comfortable going to sleep with)
I know what it is like going on holiday with a baby It drove me crazy trying to remember everything, I think we took just about everything in the end!0 -
Kit, our baby is less than 4 weeks old so i'm not a seasoned travel with an infant. However 1 item on my essential list would be 'baby'.Before you buy Google Nest or British Gas Hive check out ESPproMon the Android and iOS Smartphone app that helps you build the same system from just £30.0

Looks like she's a happy camper in her Bumbo...ours was invaluable for playing and eating.
We took our (then) 4 month old to a caravan last year and the way I did it was to make a list of everything I used over 1 week about a fortnight before we went.
Makes you realise what you will need ....however, don't forget if you end up needing bonjela, sudocream, you aren't in outer mongolia and will be able to get to a Boots.
I also let baby sleep with one of my "used" pieces of clothing, so he had a homely smell for his first sleep in a new place.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Swim nappies either washable or disposable (Little Swimmers or similar). These places often sell them individually for about £1 but they are cheaper at Boots or supermarket, and they often don't let baby in the pool without one.
Personally I would forget the baby bath and either use the bath there or the washing up bowl. You can buy an electric steam steriliser off ebay, then sell it when you no longer need it. Dummies would definitely be plural as they do disappear!
A sun umbrella for the pushchair, just in case, and of course raincovers too, lol.
Bedding plus spares, and feeding spoons/bowls. Some washing powder, as you will no doubt go through loads of bibs.

These places always have laundrettes (just back from a Haven site myself!)
Don't overload with items of clothing - you may find yourself with too many clothes and too much washing when you get home!
Dont take masses of toys either. Some of her favourites and a cardboard box will be enough!0 -
if room is an issue with the amount of things you need I wouldn't worry about a baby bath either, although I expect at 6 months you've already stopped using one of theseI am a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Wales, Small Biz MoneySaving, In My Home (includes DIY) MoneySaving, and Old style MoneySaving boards.
