Slightly off topic but does anyone know the free address where you send off old phone to get the £20 back, they keep saying they will email me it, but they don't, obviously another way of getting out of something:eek: Thanks

I put in a request to price match a sony ericsson payg phone being sold £50 cheaper with phones 4u.Never heard anything back from them!.Does'nt give me much confidence in taking their broadband services either!

The price match T&Cs state it only applies to connected netwrk contracts. Probably the reason why your request for PAYG price match was ignored.

I have managed to get them to do a Nokia 6230i on Orange OVP O2 200 free for 12 months earlier this week. They matched a deal on mobileoutlet.co.uk.

hes talking about the £20 trade in cpw offer with all monthly contracts.. usually if you call customer services (web if you ordered online) and ask for a jiffy bag they will post one to you. Alternatively you can just post it to them ensuring you put the transaction number on the envelope. I'll see if i can dig out the address when i get home tonight.

i've submitted for a PM t-mob relax 35 this noon and got a call from Niel around 2:30. he agreed for a price match and promised the phone will be with me not later than tuesday.

PS. Last month i've tried for an O2 contract, but CC failed (this is due to the fact that i've exceeded number of connections on same network), but this is the first contract with t-mob

What paperworks do you get with these price match deals?
The T&C said send in 4th, 8th, 12th bills to the London address and nothing else.

Would appreciate if someone can clarify:
    1. Do you get vouchers to fill in?
    2. What paperwork should you have in the parcel?
    3. Do you need a covering letter with the bill stating how much to claim?
    4. What time frames (days after receiving the relevant bill) to send them.

Also, to contact them is it the same customer service number as web orders?

    Thanks in advance.
