Hi kellyplanet,
I usually make a pie using the leftover beef, veg and potatoes. There's an earlier thread with lots more ideas that should give you some inspiration so I'll add your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

I use any left over meat/mince for this one. If mince, just make sure that gravy is well reduced, otherwise tortilla will be rather leaky!
For vegetarians, left over quorn, tofu or veggie mince works great.
That's my fave snack with beef or chicken ...loads of chillies and spring onion ..anything works though doesn't it ?

Hi all,
I have sone leftover roast beef. I was thinking maybe I could make a casserole with it?
Is this possible?
If so, can anyone point me at a recipe to do this? could I even use the slowcooker?
Thanks

Cooked roast beef? If so I'd just reheat it in some gravy and it'll be lovely.Piglet

Whenever we have roast beef I always make lots of extra gravy and then slice up the beef put it in a bag with some of the gravy, seal it with my food sealer and bung it in the freezer.
Then you can have a lovely roast beef dinner without having to have the oven on.
Super! always goes down a treat.0 -

I did my braised brisket and it was lovely and tender but there's only me to eat it so there's loads left. I'm going to freeze a few portions of slices in gravy but I could do with some ideas for what else I could make with it.
