Slice the leftover beef into thin strips and add to sauce to heat through.
Serve with chips or rice. Really quick, easy meal.
We just had this with cous cous and fresh veg. Delicious it was :T

Hi
Can anyone give me some ideas for leftover roast beef.
It turned out a little tough - so no good for sandwiches etc
I do not have a mincer so can't mince it.
Any ideas would be appreciated as i don't want to just through it away.

Would turning it into a curry or stew make it less chewy to eat.

You can just chop it instead of mincing it, I often do that. Works fine for Shepard's pie.0
