Mince it and make Cottage Pie?0

I slice it and freeze it, then when we next fancy a beef dinner I defrost it and stick it in the slow cooker with some gravy. I did that this week we had some on Sunday and there's enough sliced in the freezer for another meal.Dum Spiro Spero0

Mince it and use in another meal - then OK can't complain about the texturePeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I'd slice it and freeze it in some gravy in single portions that way you've got a roast beef dinner ready meal waiting for you0

If you still need an idea for the leftover beef (or lamb, or chicken), try this...
I would fry a little chopped onion in some oil, add a little cumin or cinnammon.
Cut up the beef into small pieces and add to the pan, and fry until crisp.
Put into a wrap for a quick, tasty sharwarma.
I do this alot as a fill up for the kids when they come home from school. You can add some hummous and chopped salad too.£2012 in 2012 = £34.440
