    Hi superkeen2save,

Welcome to Old Style :) If you look in the Complete slow cooker collection there are some vegetarian recipes.

Another couple of threads that might help you here:

    Vegetarians and Slow Cookers

    Slow cooker question

This thread should help with the shorthand: MSE abbreviations

It is difficult finding your way around at first. If you look in sra's Unofficial A-Z, and click on smilies, that should help. :)

    1. Microfibre cloths ...WOW, they're so good, bought some yesterday, gave my mum a demo of them on my mirror ...ended up cleaning all the surfaces in the front room!!! :o I've even brought one into our office and started wiping everything. I've become obsessed with them!!!

    2. Stardrops ...another good product although I've always had a bottle in since I got my own place as my mum swears by the stuff and always had some in the cupboard when we were growing up!

Ok - I've brought my slow cooker out of hibernation and also just 'had' to buy a big one.

BM - bought a decent one and gifted my old one

Microfibre cloths - already had a couple but they seem to have been breeding :D

Vinegar - mainly in the wash but I've also just succumbed to the Soapnuts too.

    Kefir

Stick blender for my mum - I've had one for years.

I've brought my Kenwood Chef out of the back of the cupboard - as a result of which I am now the proud owner of a huge assortment of baking tins and pie dishes.

Microwave/freezer safe plastic storage tubs (ok - I was in the lakeland shop at the w/e)

Pressure Cooker - I managed to get given one :)

Hand Food Processor - don't have a need for a big one but needed something to chop large amount of onions for the curry sauces. I had one years ago but it got broken so it was replaced.

Hmmmm - haven't got round to the Stardrops yet (have had it in the past) as I am still working my way through all my other stuff.
