I have bought a SC (v. pleased with it) and have cooked casseroles and rice pudding in it so far (not together!)

We've also dug out the slow cooker (which had been at the back of the cupboard for soooo long!:o) and the bread maker (which I don't use very often because I am trying to lose a bit of weight and freshly cooked bread, with or without butter, is one of those things I find too hard to resist!!:p).

I have, if anything, bought less.
ALready had vinegar, microfibre cloths, slow cooker, breadmaker, and spent very little on food but still ate well.
I have made more use of what I have already got in the house, whether it be decor, toys, clothes, furnishings, OS keeps reminding me to be frugal and therefore happy:)Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Well I already used microfibre cloths, made bread in my Panny. made lots of hm soups, made Jam and passata..but I can DEFINITELY thank this board for "making" me buy...
