Just fo info ur 3 network phone works also in a few european countries and Austalia too..........

Saves alot in phone charges...0 -
This was a major factor to why I recently decided to move to 3. Some of my family have moved over to Italy and I go to visit regularly. The roaming charges were costing me a fair bit each time. With 3, my girlfriend can call me from the UK and it wont cost me a penny. Calls to the UK are covered by my inclusive minutes. Should save me a few quid!0

I work for a large mobile network store and customers are always leaving our network for them due to their amazing value. Customer would always come back to us a year later...
now that 3 have there own stores it means you have a choice between Indian call centres and uk store if you need service.
Also 3 now share there network with orange which is good news for 3 customers...
So i say 3 are trying and getting better all the time, try one of there paygo sim cards first though!0 -
I have just come back from Italy, on holiday, and was using my 3 Mobile quite a lot. Very easy to do, but you do have to ensure you are using the 3 network in italy. Every now and again the phone would start looking for other networks, I think this happened when the 3 network reception was weak.
I am surprised Mr M Lewis has not let his subscribers know of this excellent service from 3, which other providers are slow to follow0 -
there now telling me that if i want out of the contract-1o months- i have to pay £263 to cover line rental, i work out that 10x 15 is £150 they keep saying i only had 6 or ten months half price, depending on who i talk to. but i have the proof that it was 18 monthsIf i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0

I have been using 3 for 4 months now on a Sony Erickson K160i and I have to say its been great. I'm mainly in Glasgow and recently spent time in Italy (making calls with my inclusive minutes at no extra cost) and have had no problems making calls or contacting customer service who have been helpful. I'll be buying a second phone for my son before their £15 per month for life offer runs out.:j0

does that mean that 3 phones will work anywhere my current orange phone works?0 -
i have been with three for 2 years - no problems in fact found them very good and helpful service.
my current contract expires very soon....anyone know what is a good offer to stay with them longer?
they phoned me up and offered me talk & text 600 for £15 pm with Nokia 6288.0 -
hi Atpug,
i took out a contract with thelink last year, 3 network Nokia 6680. I contacted 3 on the 11th month (few months ago) to inform them that i wish to cancel as i was unable to afford such a high monthly line rental (£30p/m). They offered me a deal i could not refuse. basically they said that i will be credited with £150 and be charged £15 for 10months. For the 11/12 months i will be charged £60. That averages £5 p/m. I keep my original phone, no new phone.
hell, thats a good deal. Next year i'll be after a new phone (as it may not work)0
