Amhurst - coverage looks okay down your way, use 3's coverage checker on their website: http://www.three.co.uk/personal/coverage_/index.omp

    further to my post 689!
Heard from the CEO's office. Very, very helpful. Sorted all my problems out. It was so simple too. More power to Tim in that office.
As stated always been impressed with 3, but their C/S has problems.

Three seem to offer a really good service at a great price, but their India-based CS really don't have a clue. I phoned them up to give them a PAC code from O2 when porting my number, and I had to go on hold twice because the adviser didn't what to do with it!

It's worth noting that the £30 refer a friend scheme ends on June 3rd. Quidco is still valid at £82.50.

You can take it to Carphone Warehouse, who ought to mend it for free. They updated the firmware in my Three phone, which I bought online.

Are you sure they don't put it back somewhere on the bill coz I know thier billing can be a bit confusing. I've heard from other people that they got £30

I havent referred anyone yet so I don't know personally
    Thanx

i really dont know its not anywhere on the bill i get. i'm having a nightmare sorting it out their CS is soo bad. i'm emailing only now as it drives me up the wall speaking to there "advisors" i get so far and then it " ah mr lewt i cannot help you with that" over and over. they have messed up the half price line rental and are telling me i only got ten months when i have it in writting that it'as 18. but they have added credit for some of what they have over taken but again with this VAT taken off. i don't think ill go with three again..

Signed up to Direct Talker 1000 plan through Quidco and there is only £65.00 being processed on my account. I have raised a query - hopefully it'll get sorted.

I have no problems with 3.
But then I live in Manchester coverage is very good
I find 3 is even more attractive now cos my hubby travels to Hong Kong a lot and he can use his 3 phone there and use his free minutes at no extra charge.
A bonus cos usually for a person to recieve a call in Hong Kong on heir mobile they have to pay as well... so now with our 3 network phone we dont have to pay at both ends...........
