Does anyone know whether their phones come with a memory card as standard?
Received my handset today (on their recent half-line rental contract with a refurbished Nokia 6280) and although it shows a memory card in the instruction manual, there wasn't one in the box. Is this to be expected or should I get in touch with Three?

I got the same phone and contract as you, and I did not recieve a memory card too

+ my phone is yet to be activated..

I recieved it on Tuesday and its now Thursday, surely it should be activated by now..

I was also reading the specs and it has a radio and FM radio but did not come with a headset. I'll try and get in touch with them but if you manage Dave then please let me know.

It's been said many times on here that the refurbished phones do not come with a memory card (or headphones), but that's no great loss as a 64MB memory card is worth diddly squat anyway. Search this site for good prices for 1G and 2G ones.

Thank you gromituk for the clarification. I have to say that I am quite happy with the phone and reception so far having been playing with it for the last half an hour.

Phoned them up and they said it was scheduled to be activated some time in November

So she changed that so it should be activated in the next 24 hours

If you put in a friend's number who told you about the deal they get £30 credit and you get £30 credit. So for example if you take up the deal above you get the equivalent of almost 9 months free rental taking into account the cashback from Quidco and £30 credit.

Now for the Tesco points bit- if you put in your Tesco credit card details for the monthly standing order you can get points on the monthly amount. At the end of the contract you can also send the phone for recycling which will give you £12 in deals of course. Bit disappointing the points bit but I wanted to tell you all about this great deal.



Just remember to go through Quidco because you won't get the £100 if you don't. Not sure when this offer is open till. Just says the end of the month but could be extended. I find 3 really good. All of us in the family have been on the 3 network for a long while. Coverage used to be patchy but now is very good and CS is also very professional

Quick update, after a quick phone call to Three yesterday, a 256MB MiniSD (SanDisc with SD adaptor), dropped through the letterbox this morning. Thank you to Three CS.
