Why unlock it I thought these USIM(?) phones couldn't take standard SIMs? Or am I wrong? I got the same phone at the Link so I guess I need to cancel for a retention now.0 -
Does anyone know whether their phones come with a memory card as standard?
Received my handset today (on their recent half-line rental contract with a refurbished Nokia 6280) and although it shows a memory card in the instruction manual, there wasn't one in the box. Is this to be expected or should I get in touch with Three?Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0 -
I got the same phone and contract as you, and I did not recieve a memory card too
+ my phone is yet to be activated..
I recieved it on Tuesday and its now Thursday, surely it should be activated by now..
Should I phone them up0 -

Phoned them up and they said it was scheduled to be activated some time in November
So she changed that so it should be activated in the next 24 hours0 -
Excellent deal on 3 mobile and Tesco points
Just want to tell you all about a fantastic deal I have discovered through Quidco on a 3 mobile contract. I'll tell you at the end how this relates to Tesco points
With Quidco at the moment if you take out a 3 contract you get £100 cashback. The monthly rentals are also great eg there is a range to choose from but one of them is for £15.00 a month
Contract length 18 months
Inclusive UK voice minutes 300 (600 mins for 1st 6 months)
Inclusive UK text messages 1000 (2000 txt msgs for 1st 6 months)
Inclusive UK video minutes 50 mins
Inclusive UK photo or video messages 50 messages
Free Downloads £5*
There are other deals for more minutes which are also great.
It gets better
If you put in a friend's number who told you about the deal they get £30 credit and you get £30 credit. So for example if you take up the deal above you get the equivalent of almost 9 months free rental taking into account the cashback from Quidco and £30 credit.
Now for the Tesco points bit- if you put in your Tesco credit card details for the monthly standing order you can get points on the monthly amount. At the end of the contract you can also send the phone for recycling which will give you £12 in deals of course. Bit disappointing the points bit but I wanted to tell you all about this great deal.
Just remember to go through Quidco because you won't get the £100 if you don't. Not sure when this offer is open till. Just says the end of the month but could be extended. I find 3 really good. All of us in the family have been on the 3 network for a long while. Coverage used to be patchy but now is very good and CS is also very professional0 -
