Handset: Nokia N80
Most commonly used location: Peterborough
Ease and reliability and connection: It's ok, not great but as I'm skint, I don't really use the 3G capabilities to it's potential. I only wanted a cool new phone!
Any other problems: None. I changed my number from O2 to 3 very easily. No issues as of yet
Overall service and rating (out of 10): So far 9/10DEBT FREE SINCE 25.07.14!

Have been with 3 since November with nothing but problems. The same problem since beginning and each time I call regarding this I have to try and explain the same details everytime. A total waste. I probably will have to buy out my contract0

Handset: Motorola v3 Razr
Used: North Wales Coast
Been with 3 since Mar 2005 (Motorola C975) and found the coverage to be excellent both in 3G and non 3G mode. I also have a Motorola V550 on Vodafone via work and on a recent holiday in Anglesey, could get perfect signal with the 3 phone but none with the Voda. Haven't needed to use customer services so can't comment.
Overall 8/100 -
If you're not in 3G mode, by definition the 3G coverage isn't excellent though
. I agree that having the alternatives ought to give you greater coverage overall. I wonder when Three will consider their network to be sufficiently developed that they abandon the partnering arrangement?

I've been with 3 for over 3 years now and have always had good reception. 3G reception in Sheffield is really good and I always get the full 3G signal at home. I had major problems with my first LG handset and had to have it repaired 3 times but apart from that I'm pretty happy with the overall service.
Handset: LG U8380
Most commonly used location: Sheffield and Sheffield to London.
Ease and reliability and connection: No problems, connects first time every time.
Any other problems: Previous handset problems but none with my current handset.
Overall service and rating (out of 10): 9/100
