Morning PP, Ageando (defo farm shop :D ) , daisyKate, manicdays and those to follow

Ageando there is a thread on the Superdrug BM HERE icon7.gif

Hope everyone is well this morning. Sun is shining here in the SE and I'm off for a good power walk to earn my breakfast, which will be toast, fruit and yogurt.

Then have a load of routine jobs to do so will try to get them out of the way before lunch, which will be lime and mango marinaded quorn pieces with stir fry vegetables and noodles.

Right, sun is still shining and I want to see if there are any ducklings in the park yet. Is it too early for them? Sauted or steamed? ;)

PS anyone wondering about the source of my "embarrassment" yesterday, go check the vouchers board here (the freeby is still available and there is also a 20% off code) :o
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

Good Morning everyone, It's a beautiful morning at the moment in Kent .Sun is shining over the Medway as I can see from my window and hopefully it will stay that way.
I am on Grandma duty this morning, one of my grandaughters is going to Malta with her Dad at the end of the month so I have been ear-marked to take her to Chatham to buy some summer clothes. Her Mum said the thought of dragging a 13 year-old with attitude around the shops on a saturday morning along with her four younger brothers is a bit off putting. So while we do some retail therapy, my lawn will be cut for me .Seems like a fair deal to me. Plus of course she has to lose the attitude with Granny or else!!
She's not a bad lass, she's just a teenager that's all. We get on very well really, and I am looking forward to ourday out.Hope everyone has a good day and the sun shines down on you all.
PP Well done you for getting up to date with essays.
I too have revision to do but hey the sun is shining and I can do it tomorrow when it's supossed to rain. Only four weeks till exams .

    Good Morning

Woken up by a big thunderstorm here this morning about 6am, stayed in bed listening to it then got up needless to say that kids were woken up by it as well so no lay in here.

Is dark and overcast and looks like more rain on the way so not nice but never mind. DD is going out with a friend today and OH DS and myself are going over to my Dad's for a while. Really wanted to stay at home on my own and catch up with more jobs but will go with them. So will have lunch over there and saus/mash for dinner tonight.

    See you later

    Morning all!

I felt a bit sorry for myself last night and had a good think about things, then decided that I was going to treat myself to a haircut today, hence waking up early! Im feeling much better this morning, and have decided that studying will start tomorrow, as I want to get a few things around the flat organised.

I need to do some cleaning, take my broken bin back to next for a refund, and go buy a new one from Argos with some money I got on my card from envirofone. Im determined not to get all upset or start feeling like ive made a mistake - I was sitting last night and thinking that im actually alone and then watched CSI where one of the characters said - 'live alone, die alone'. :o Kind of freaked me out a little, but I figure its better than die miserable :D, and anyway - even though he was here - I felt alone anyway.

I also had a message from my favourite customer (the very young and cute one!!) saying that he is going tobe on the radio tomorrow, so i need to be back for 1pm to have a listen. That cheered me up too! :D I dont want to get involved with this person, but it is certainly helping me mentally as ive got something fun to think about instead of beating myself up all the time!

Anyway, I noticed the thanks was back so ive been through yesterdays thread and thanked you all for being so lovely yesterday, im going to check my pm's now and then take a shower and go get a lovely new funky haircut! Yippee!

    Jo xx
