Penny-Pincher!!

Evening...just off to bed to watch Commando on Sky...havent seen it in years:rolleyes:

OH went down to our local Sainsburys abit ago and bought 3 Covent Garden pea and ham soups in the cartons (normally £2.29) for 20p each and freezable, a tub of cream 10p, bag of mixed fruit 5p and some rolls 10p.

Kazonline-Thanks for the comment. Been paying off our CC's now for about 9 months but are all shifted to the one now on a very low LOB with Barclaycard.

PP - your OH must have just beaten me to it - I popped in at 9:30-ish and all I found was 2 tubs of cream (10p each) and a head of broccoli (20p) which I've just had with a leftover chicken leg for my dinner

Goodmorning everyone

I'ts sooooooooooo cold here this morning. When the alarm went off this morning at 4.30am I pretended I was in a deep slumber. DH had to get his own breakfast. I felt guilty all of one minute and then rolled over on his side snuggling into his warm spot. :rolleyes::p

Mushy ((((((hugs))))) I know how stressful a house deal is, been there done that quite recently. :mad: Hope it works out for you. It did finally for us. But I got a few grey hairs out of it. Off to the hairdressers next week.

Kaz I have just finished my last bottle of marmalade that I made. It was such a relief to finish it, but I was determined to eat it all up. I did give a couple away but nobody asked for anymore. :rotfl:ATM I'm trying to convince DH to raid the tree. I will wait in the wings to keep watch.
