Hi everyone :hello:
jockettuk - You have my every sympathy. I've got a boy like that in my class, I'm just waiting for someone to do what I'd like to do but would get sent to the cleaners.
moggins - big hugs. Thinking of you.
Bargain Rzl - rhubarb crumble sounds like my sort of supper!
I've had a bit of a strange day at school. I got punched by a Year 5 boy in the playground. I was really shocked and still feel a bit funny now. Needless to say, he's been excluded for 2 days and the powers that be are going to try to get him in a behavioural unit. His class teacher was really apologetic (as I'd swapped playground duty with her), but I pointed out that it definitely wasn't her fault.
I've also spoken to my future MIL. I needed to know whether she wants a button hole/corsage/boutoniere (that's what the florist called it!). Anyway, she doesn't because my mum isn't having one. She then proceeded to tell me about "when" we have children. Grrrrr.
Anyway, nice things - I've had my haircut tonight and it's looking lovely. Hopefully I can recreate it for my hen do on Saturday! :j :j
Better go and begin to get supper ready.

Thanks everyone, I've had a massive row with DH as he seems so laid back about it all. Luckily we seem to have made up a little before he went out
It just annoys me that he can barrage everyone in sight when it comes to a victorian bandstand that nobody plays on but be so uncaring that his wife (a dyed in the wool country girl) might be surrounded by concrete. They have applied for planning permission and we got the letter today, trouble is I've been on all sorts of websites and there doesn't seem to be much I can object on. If anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful?
DD1 will always be a worry to me I think, she dumps the lovely guys and stays with the idiotsIt's not that she is getting married that worries me, if it was the last boyfriend I would have been over the moon.
CAB have been wonderful over the debt, they can't deal with it until Tuesday when their financial people come back in but they have reassured me that no further action can be taken by this company until they give me the details I requested.
I'm not smoking as much as I did and DH has fished his Sony tape player out so I can plug myself into my Allen Carr tapes, fingers crossed
xxxxx

I went shopping for some sleveless summer vests for my daughter today, and knowing how resonably priced asda is for clothes I went there. The only two packs I found in the size I wanted had 2 vests missing. I asked at customer services if they had any more and they said no but they could reduce them for me.
So the result was Pack 1 should have been 5 quid for 4 vests and got it for 58p Pack 2 should have been 3 quid for 5 vests and got that for 58p also.
What a bargain!! saved 6.84
p.s can anyone tell me how to change my keyboard from american to english as I can only use a $ sign and have to write quid want to be able to use a pound sign, I'm sure someone out there knows how Thanks in advance.0 -
