    Morning everyone

So far its dry here today. Don't think it stopped raining here at all yesterday

Been awake since 6:30 but lay in bed and finished reading the George Best autobiography I started last night. Got up about 8 and so far have made a batch of mashed potato which should last a couple of days and some for the freezer.

Have done a quick tidy up but nothing much needing doing.

Meant to take a chicken out the freezer yesterday to cook today for tomorrow's dinner but forgot  So will pop out and get one instead.

Have a great Sunday folks :D

    Morning all

Queenie (thanks for the hugs – with one arm I luckily found it difficult to paint a good enough target, )

Hello Shez, stressedoutmumof1, Prudent, twink, skystar

Lillibet – your rainbow sounds lovely :DI’m looking forward to seeing a picture of the rainbow.

Ooh FunkyFairy, I am soooo jealous about your trip to Ikea. Living all the way down here my nearest is Bristol :(

ChazMichelle – ooh, you felt the baby move, so exciting!

Catowen – big chufty badge going your way for being a proud mum :D

Hope work isn’t too hard taplady, gosh that is a long shift.

PennyPincher - good luck with your reading for your essay. You sound like you’re doing really well on ebay – what is your secret? I have a pile of things to sell, but I’m feeling a bit nervous

I slept badly last night, still awake at 2am so tried to have a lie in this morning. My head is still too full of my OH, I hope this doesn’t last forever.

I’m trying to be clever and write this in Word, before copying over, to ensure I don’t losing a post after carefully typing it out.

I have lots of freelance work today, the problem with being on the computer is that I get distracted with MSE! I hope to finish it off so I can crack on with the rest of my list. I’ve had one work off week so far and I’m not sure I’ve got much done! Panicking that the rest of the time will whiz by.

Have a productive day all and ((((hugs)))) to all who need them.

    Hello everyone

Not managed to read the previous couple of days threads so ((hugs)) to all who need them.

DS2's birthday was a success - he loved his pressies and the party went OK too. DS1 OD'd on E numbers (aided by Mr TM who took them into town for an hour whilst I prepared and fed them junky sweets ) and he's been a screaming demon ever since :(

Went out last night to a v. posh restaurant (and I have a bill of well over £300 on my CC - better get my sisters 'donations' today :) However - it went on MY card so I can get the Tesco points :rotfl: ) Will be going to mum's later because she is having an 'open house' this afternoon for her friends and we all need to make the buffet. We're making lasagne, chilli, garlic bread, plus usual cold cuts, salad, cheese board, trifles etc.

Only OS things I will be doing today will be putting a load of washing on before I go out and loads of ironing tonight. Mr TM is away tonight as he has a course first thing tomorrow. Managed to get him a £10 Travelodge room, so that's OK.

Righty-ho - must dash. Want to shower and wash hair before the boys come back from church. Need to do some clearing before I go ans start on mum's place. Have a good day

    Hello everybody,

Hope you are all well and ((((hugs)))) who aren't. Haven't had much of a chance to come online the last few days. We have had DGS staying with us since Thursday. :jEx DIL is here atm. Not too sure when they are going home. It's very cramped here and she is sleeping on the couch :o as it's just 2 b'room. DGS is also sleeping in lounge in his cot. I feel like saying that DGS can stay here and she can go home. :D

DH has had a wog this w'end. He was really unwell yesterday but feeling a bit better today. Our house is suppose to be settled tomorrow. I'm not even bothering to get excited. Been there, done that 100 times. :p

DD & her friend are at BB eviction night tonight. It will start shortly so will be glued to the telly in case I see a flash of them in the audience. She txt before and said they got there safely & the line up was horrendous. Enjoy your Sunday. I took DGS for a lovely long walk this morning.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)
