If there is still a stain on your top then try rubbing a little shampoo into the stain and leaving for a while before washing it again.
Have been to outlet centre - got DD(20) new jacket - DD (17) new skirt and me (???) nightie that I could not resist. Got £63 worth of goods for £18 so very pleased.

You seemed to think it was September. It made me smile.:rotfl:
Pink:o Oops! I must have got out of bed far too early this morning! I didn't really think it was September... Mind you, a few months ago at w*** I spent the day dating my signature as 1984:rotfl:. Luckily I noticed and went back and changed everything Don't ask me why I make such mistakes cos I really don't know!
Studying is going on OK today so far, have to keep at it though. I'm having a [STRIKE]quick[/STRIKE] slow MSE, Pro-Plus, coffee and v.fattening shop bought scone break.
Manicdays/Lisa - I can sympathsize with the panic attacks too. I used to get them really bad, waking up in the middle of the night convinced I was gripped by a heartattack - they are simply dreadful. The daytime ones are no joke either. I'm glad you're going back to your GP. If s/he wants you to resume your tablets, don't worry and don't beat yourself up over it. The body can have a difficult time to get used to not having them so that for some people is a stress in itself. You'll get there in the end and it really really doesn't matter if it takes longer than you'd like to stop them as long as you keep well in the meantime. I agree with the advice regarding doing some exercise - a good brisk walk can work wonders.
Well, back to the old books now...

Hi All!
Had a bit of a disturbing day today.Passed a murder scene on my way to work this morning at 6.30 and it turned out to be a lad who lives in my road:( terrible for his family, my heart goes out to them.
Spending a quiet night in tonight with OH.Both boys are out at a friends so its nice and quiet.Got a HM lasagne in the oven and going to have banana cake and custard for pud(from a recipe on here -its lovely)
Am working again tomorrow so will have an early night as have been feeling a bit off colour last few days - nothing I can put my finger on apart from feeling cold and tired all the time.
Have a good evening all.

Hello all,
It is DD's 16th birthday today. OH bought her an electronic keyboard as her piano playing has really taken off this year but our Piano(FIL gave us about 8 years ago) is always out of tune and in the TV room .Now she can plug in her earphones and play anywhere. It looks very wierd seeing her playing but no sound coming out
I bought her a velvet blouse and gave her some money,so she was a happy bunny. We've just had her favourite tea of Pilchard Lasagne with a shop bought birthday cake for after.
Yesterday I was busy making my new shorts.I made 3 pairs out of 4 metres of material and used zips from old clothes so they cost me £6.66 each which was far better than the £20 -£25 a pair I tried on in Millets and nicer material too.I live in shorts from april - september so they will see good use.
Its terribly windy again. The fleece on my cloches has needed replacing 3 times today but the scarecrow is billowing about(he turns round in windy weather) so hopefully keeping the birdies off the veg. We have decided to call him Sirius Black as he is a wizard but looks a bit haggard and definitely mad
cheerio,

((((((((((((((Taplady))))))))))))))))) Its not nice when something like that happens to either someone close or near you. Try and have a chilled evening and relax!
OH & DD potted the plants and they look brilliant. May take some piccies tomorrow and show you:D nothing special but its made the back garden look a little more brighter and hopefully I will sit out there more now.
Realised today that my appointments at Kings on Monday start at 9am, then another at 10am, then the last at 11am:eek:  ....have i told anyone that I HATE hospitals:rotfl: and Pavlovs_dog....I do have my named chair there:D
One of my friends called and asked if she could pop in after lunch tomorrow for a coffee with her dd. Shes having some problems at work and needs my advice on a few issues. Used to be her boss and I think she may be having problems with the current manager , but am unsure yet. It will be nice to see her though, even if its to help her out.
DD is going out with her Granny (MIL)tomorrow afternoon for the first time ever:eek: DD asked her last week as theres a flower fete on in the afternoon and her Granny loves stuff like that! I dont get on well with her, as she has always thought and still maintains that I was never good enough for her son and that it would never last. Errrr....weve been together since we were 13 and married for 12 years:D Im glad she is making the effort with DD though and even mentioned to OH about inviting them for dinner-but he said NO...LOL...well I did try:p
We all have been bathed and in PJ's and are settling down to watch Vanilla Sky as we've never watched it before and looks pretty good.
Didnt get chance to list anything on Ebay and feeling shattered but my sales are doing well and all finish tomorrow and most have had bids on and think it will be a good week this week. Have so much stuff to list, but trying to stagger so that we have a regular extra amount of dosh coming in-not that we're touching it.
Bargain-Rzl....hope you've had a great day! I dont know wnayone who deserves it more hun and hope you didnt get your posh shoes too muddy and didnt get to sloshed with your champers......enjoy!! We'll catch up over the next few weeks for another natter and tea:D
Dinner was delish and OH has pulled a Chicken out the freezer for tomorrows dinner.
Anyways, best go. Hugs to all.
