    Morning everyone

    Happy Birthday Ancasta :bdaycake:

Georgina - Just noticed you are from Ayr. I was there last weekend and had a great time.

Jackie - there's nothing like retail therapy. Go on treat yourself ;)

PP - Take care and have plenty of rest. Your meals for today have my mouth watering. Any spare for a doggy bag that could be posted?!?

Shez - I have been saying for weeks I am going to start doing an excercise vid even just a couple of times a week. Found one that I had bought off e-bay about 3 years ago that was still sealed  Hope you have better results than me.

Day off today :j :j :j Got a few things to do. Want to nip to Lidl's and try and get a juggling kit. Think it will make a fab Christmas pressie.

Need to go to Morrisons for the weekly shop as well. Hoping not to get too much as loads in freezer that I want to use up.

Did washing last night and that is still hanging on airer so might wait until this afternoon and do some more.

Also need to thouroughly (sp?) clean bathroom and kitchen. Everywhere else just needs a quick tidy and hoover.

Right folks gonna go and get on with it!

    Morning

I woke up to the lovely smell of fresh bread in my fab breadmaker!
I had all good intentions this morning to get up early tidy up, plant tomatoes, put sc on but all I have done is float about on here so I best pull my finger out in a mo.
Feel a bit fed up today but not too sure why just sluggish I suppose, any tips for livening myself up?
BB starts tonight so no doubt if I watch it I will be addicted to it for weeks to come.
Hope everyone is well and not feeling fed up and sluggish like me.

    Bye for now
  • Gooood Morning Everyone :j

It's a lovely sunny morning here in Oxfordshire - but heavy rain is predicted later

I'm bathed and dressed, and my hairs wrapped in a towel - just got to do me hair and war paint :rotfl:

DD's dressed and she's having school dinners today; turkey, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and gravy, followed by summer pudding - lucky thing. DH is just making our sandwiches right now.

Busy day at work today, and then when I get home I have to go to a meeting at 4.30pm - 6.30pm grrrr.

Dinner is just about to be slung in the slow cooker - sausage casserole, so when I get home I've just got to peel the spuds and stick some veg on.

I've got to pay for a school trip to a farm today (five quid) and for a travelling theatre company to perform (1.50), yesterday I paid for today's school dinner (1.70) and a new water bottle (2.50) - total of 10.70

Better dash - (((((hugs))))) to all
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

Nice to see you back on the daily thread nicki - sorry you and DD aren't well. Do you know where johanne's got to? - she hasn't been on for some time either and we do worry about her.

Last I heard (as far as internet goes) Johanne had a problem with her ISP but I do know that she is really busy as well.

    Good morning everyone,

Sad day here today, DSs team lost the football last night, so one very sad little boy off to school in a minute!!! Oh well, at least Big Brother is back tonight (yes, i am that sad individual that loves it!!!! but very MSE, i dont vote!!!)
Have 3 little ones here today, and again, the weather is horrible, so we will all be inside again, but they are really into toy story at the moment, so maybe i will let them watch that (again!!!).
Have some dusting to do, but thats about it for today, although i must brave the weather in a minute to put the bins out!!!
Hope everyone has a good day,
    Happy Birthday to Ancasta
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
