You should make your claim against MSOLS Ltd t/a Mobilerainbow. You can not fail with this.

I've received all cashbacks due with some (non-legal) pressure applied
As mentioned previously I had issued 3 claims against Mobile Rainbow with MCOL. The first two had to be paid by 26th March & these have been paid in full, but they made payment on 26th and it took a few days to appear in my account. The 3rd claim is now due & Mobile Rainbow keep phoning me advising that they have made this payment & to advise MCOL that payment has been made. I keep telling them I will not advise MCOL until money appears in my account. They phoned twice yesterday & twice today they ring you when it suits them!

    Good Luck Everyone.

Filed MCOL End of Jan 08, Pay Date is meant to be 29/3/08 - still no payment today. As mentioned they can take a few days to show up...apparently, so I will give them until the end of the week before I get MCOL to get some bailiffs to get the money. However I have had no contact from them yet by phone or otherwise. Will keep people posted.

    Hi,
I filed a claim against MSOLS which they part defended and offered me less than half what they owed, so i've proceeded to the next step.
I've just received the allocation questionnaire and hoping someone could give me advice on how much information i put in the section G other information - do I just put that i have submitted all claims on time, that I have Royal Mail proof of delivery - should I photocopy this info or?
My contract is due to finish middle of May - but I claimed for one cashback from my previous contract ended May last year - yes, I know, stupid to go back to them but I didn't have the information then I have now!!
They have disputed cashback 2,3,4 of the current contract saying that they were not yet due - of course by the time it comes to court they will be all be due/overdue.
Any advice on how much detail to put/attach to this form would be great pls
    Many thanks

    Update:

Requested enforcement of payment (bailiffs) today as they are a week overdue on payment. Let's hope I get the money soon!

MSOLS owed me £300 + £25 costs for 1st and 2nd cashbacks. Filed Mcol case. Msols asked to pay 1st and 2nd cashbacks in installments of £64.16 every month for six months. This does not even add to £325. More like £384.96. I have rejected this as I want the money up front in 1 lump sum so I can go ahead and chase the 3rd and 4th cashbacks!
  • Hi All,

Many thanks everyone for all your help here and big thanks to Quentin.
My 12m contract ended in Feb, and by that time hadnt received a penny in cash back.
I filed a claim through MCO in first week of January for all cash back due, and Mobile Rainbow filed a defence with part admission, ie that the last claim wasnt due yet. They offered £300.64 (75% of the claim + £25 fee). Now after the thinking and the issue with Companied going into Administration and the issue with a full claim and hairing taking longer time, I Accepted their defence and part addminssion. They wanted 1 month to pay, which I also accepted. However as usual they didnt pay on time, so threatend with a Warrant issue and another £55 cost, so then they paid within 3 working days.

Very happy that I got at least the 75% and will try to get the next %25, but the whole experince has been very time consuming and stressfull. Hence will in future only buy from E2save or Phones4U.

None of the above (post details of your situation in the thread)
I have agreed to mediation, which is scheduled later this month with a court date booked in case it goes wrong. Has anyone else been successful at the mediation stage? or any things to be aware of? thanks
