No lol.
I have been with every bank on the High Street (and then some) and have had major issues with all. Actually, thats a lie. Co-Op have been ok with me, as have Halifax. Never had problems with either of them.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
I might be in the minority, but I've never had any issues with any bank I've been with.Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j

Human nature dictates that we rarely praise good service (I will, particulalrly to c/s staff If I've received good service), yet poor service is quickly jumped upon.
Good : Lloyds - 23 years, multiple accounts, not a single problem !
ICICI - 4 years
YBS - 4 years
Ipswich B/S - 3 years
Loughborough B/S - 4 years
BAD : Barclays
A&L
ING
APPALLING : ShAbbey0 -
First Direct have never given me any issues in 18 years, previously had accounts with Halifax, TSB (Pre Lloyds) and Natwest all of which drove me to distraction. I have used Nationwide for credit card and investment bonds with no issues but I don't have a current account with them.0

Hi
Well I am not the best with budgeting and have found that even though Barclays have charged me a fair amount in charges in the past, they have never screwed me over against my credit file. I have been over my overdraft, and have for the past 12 months never been in positive in my current account. but they still report no missed payments and no negative bits on my credit report.
Alliance and Leicster have completely done a number on me, they have messed up transferring my current account,(inccurring me charges which they promised to refund but never did) not paid me the bonus on joining them, and I found out when applying for a mortgage that for everytime I have gone over my overdraft they have shown this on my credit file as 2 MONTHS IN ARREARS. Despite my overdraft being cleared every month. I would recomend Barclays if you are bad with money, but from what I hear on here Alliance and Liecester are good if you have money, but DONT get an online account go through your branch.
Egg - have always been very good with me and responded to any questions within 24 hours.
LloydsTsb - again good and always eger to please, but I dont hold my main account with them so that might be why.Debt Free Wanna Be

Never had any issues with:
HSBC
Coventry BS
Middling (Individual staff members causing problems that could easily be avoided as I had not breach any company or account policy):
Nationwide
RBS
Bad (Rude staff in general causing problems):
Halifax
Horrendous :
NatWest - even after I left I know people who bank at the same branches I use to use, and they randomly started having problems with them forcing them to close their accounts.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
