I wish you could sue smokers!

I would never advise anyone to Smoke, I can go out of my way to discouraging people from smoking for their own being, but I wont demand it of them.

I can safely and easily ban smoking in my own premises, which I always do. But I wont expect them to distinguish it in my presence in a place where the pollution level is no different to its own surroundings, which includes, exhaust fumes, factory fumes and all levels of obnoxious pollutants in the open air.

When smokers had "designated" indoor areas, the problem wasn't half as bad as it has become for NON smokers, It wasn't mentioned during the winter and raining seasons because NON smokers were safely warm indoors enjoying a "smoke free" environment.

Now Summer has hit, everyone wants to be outdoors, enjoying the smell of the country air, which unfortunately you don't get in the BIG cities, and we cant blame that on cigarettes.

I gave up after smoking 3 years ago after smoking like a trooper for over 30 years. But smokers don't bother me that much. All I know is that now it smells a lot different to what it did when I smoked.

Have turned in to a right fat b@stard since giving up tho. Can't win 'em all eh?

I gave up a few years ago as well but all this has made me want a fag more than ever.... Shame on you nasty smokers :rotfl:

What a logical reason! You only smoke to annoy non smokers, i suppose if you don't mind smelling, ruining your health and spending a fortune just to annoy people - go ahead!!

Should be able to sue lorry/bus/car drivers to - I walk or cycle, why should my lungs be polluted with all the poisons that come out of transport?

If it annoys you whinging lot why not ? What is next on your list of things to ban ? With the ban, it has been brought into the open and you are still not satisfied, is it because there are now more smokers about than you thought ?
People spend fortunes annoying people in lots of different ways. Like buying PCs and coming on these forums.

Probably because transport, unlike smoking, serves a purpose.

It doesn't annoy me, i only feel pity for you. I have no problem with people smoking, as long as it doesn't affect me.
