Argh!!!!!! after a lovely summer hols up till now, I have just had to send ds1 to bed with a severe telling off....he was telling ds2 to 'come here and call me a B@$?&£D@:eek::eek: I have no idea what it was all about, I assuming it was some kind of game, but he's 8yrs old !!!!!!!! and ds2 is only 6!!! I am fuming with him, well with them both because ds2 actually did say it:mad::mad::mad:

I am also looking into full-time uni, instead of what I currently do which is part-time study and part-time work, can't quite work out if it is a good idea or not? I am over on the student board asking questions, so if any of you are students/know students with children, can you let me know how you/they manage, either on here or over on my other thread's pretty please:D:D

well, I had better confess I suppose. Bizzibaby are sending me a MacLaren to test............*runs very fast before caz and the other pram addicts lynch me*

I don't like you anymore! I was supposed to get milkies (things that collect breast milk when you're feeding so you don't waste the let down on the other boobie...) but they haven't arrived and I've had no reply to my mail to bizzie - not happy!

AM - hope you and Ryan are better soon hun.

I forgot to say - one of the lovely girls from Booby Club has given me this for Benjamin.

He is loving it and is currently trying to kiss his reflection in the mirror :rotfl:

It is VERY pink though. When she said it was pink I thought it didn't matter....now it is here I can't help thinking that my poor boy looks very pretty in it!!!

Well, I don't like braces  I've never had them and neither have the girls and i'd rather avoid them. If they are necessary however, then so be it.

I hope all are well today and have a good day. The weather looks a bit duller, but still a bit warm, so not sure what we shall do  Play it by ear I suppose.

That's great actually, 7 children all with straight teeth, I remember being at school and half the class had something wrong with their mouth!

Hey braces ARE cute, they are so geek chic.....

The weather here is rubbish today, windy and rainy. Looks like we'll be in, means I have no excuse but to tidy up the kitchen and do the dishes *scream*

Keira is sitting nagging at me for cake, I don't know why but every morning it's "I want cake" I'll say "there isn't any - which is true" and she'll just go "pleeeeeeaaaaaaaaasseeee"
Why she thinks she'd get a cake at that time is beyond me, unless she means a pancake.....but I don't get those very often and when I make them they look more like crepes and she says they look "Gross"

And to everyone who commented - yes I am feeling much better knowing my mum is coming to see us again... I've always been a very independant child but right now I feel like sitting on the floor and crying - sobbing out "I want my mummy" :rotfl: Strange :)

  • MrsT - I think it is something about becoming a mum yourself that makes you appreciate/need your own mum more.
Here's hoping that the next week flies by for you.

Button I might go and make a cake now... I wasn't feeling in the mood for baking but I may be swayed... Hmmmm

Alexandra is sitting in her bouncy chair again and happily entertaining herself with the toys hanging off the bar :) She's had 180ml of milk and is showing NO sign of wanting a nap the little tyrant :) Lord knows how she's staying awake - she's not had a nap since she woke up early this morning!

Hubby has promised to cook dinner tonight :) Smoked salmon and cream pasta - indulgence! YUM

MFD - is the booby club you go to a surestart thing? I'd like to go to one but I'm quite shy :o Also having issues with DSs behaviour at the moment too which stops me going out as much as I'd like.

    Just off to catch up.........
