I digress :) As far as I know then yes the generic name CAN vary between the US and UK - not sure how common it is though.

Well that is just silly isn't it! They should always have the same generic name.

Anyways, hows things with you? Been walking around in the nude lots and enjoying your space? How is the feeding thing going?

Domperidone isn't liscened for use, sale or prescription in America!

(#how are you btw? feeling okay after app?)

If it's not licensed in the UK then it's entirely down to the GP if they will prescribe it for a condition (ie a condition it's not licensed for IYSWIM?) - some will and some won't. I guess it could also depend on the surgery and if there are some rules there about it (ie if they've had a lawsuit about it in the past ;) ).

Like me and the Domperidone :D

I'm okay thanks Feelie :) It was the lovely sonographer and she recognised us and was really positive about how well Rhys looks. She couldn't tell me much without having the old pics and measurements in front of her to compare but she didn't gasp in shock (or anything else equally unprofessional! ;)).

Elle, fingers crossed it has went down a good bit then. Yay for the almost 7lb if he could have crossed his legs for a wee bit longer!

My boobie sence is tingling, me thinks Amber is due waking for a feed :D

DS1 has discovered the joy of hour long phonecalls to his mates (I'm just glad he has a mate and I'm happy to listen to inane chat about xbox games if it means he has a mate), I'm now sad that my son gets more phonecalls than I do :( So I will just have to spend the night on the phone to my mates :D

Anyone fancy cleaning the fish tank for me?

LOL yes... I will entirely agree on THAT point :) Thing is that some drugs are in effect exactly the same, but produced by different companies in different countries - I've worked with GE healthcare, Amersham Pharmaceuticals, Huntingdon Life Sciences and a few others and the back ground work that goes into getting a drug licensed in ONE country let alone all of them is a royal nightmare :) Like the trial Alex is in - we're the control group but basically the EXACT vaccinations given now in 2 injections are being tested as ONE vaccine - so basically instead of one jab in each leg - it's 1 jab in one leg - exactly the same stuff. The details that they have to get from the trial participants is enormous - and this is the final stage of the licensing - it's taken years to get this far... and if they alter one of the "ingredients" they have to go back and pretty much do it all again...

Anyway I shall stop boring you all now ;)

OH asks me every day, mid-afternoon, "What jobs have you got for me to do when I get home?" and I can usually only come up with one or two little things. Just had a brainstorming session and have come up with 23 jobs which need doing.. things to research, things to make, things to sort, things to buy, etc etc. I live in hope.. :o

    Hi there all,

    Quick question:

A v. dear old friend of mine is in v bad financial straits. I'm going to try to sell stuff at the car boot sale to give him the cash.

My question is: does anyone remember the activity cubes I made for fergie with the scrunchie sides? Do you guys think they are car bootable, or is it just not worth it since I'd barely make back my costs!

Please be honest, I'm not precious about the value of my needlecrafts! :)

    Love weezl xxx

PS any other tips on what's likely to sell well would be great! xxx
