Not sure I undersstand Kavanne, what do you mean ?
Rude, hostile customers are not worth it.

You'll never be satisfied no matter what they come up with if it's not £100 compensation. PM him if this issue is so important. In a civilised manner too.

    Srsly, it's not hard.

I quite agree ....however at the last count and the facts are still being updated Ben and his staff had been asked no less than 36 times to sort the problem out.
Please tell me at what number you would become hostile ?
By the way i have never asked for compensation if you read my posts

    Hi,

I'm afraid it most likely does. Some customers have had success with Vodafone directly after they receive the phone however.

Please let me know if the port has worked, or if Vodafone are able to help?

If you are unable to get your number transferred we will of course offer a full cancellation and refund your postage.

    Regards,

Vodafone were aware of my port and gave me 25/8 as the transfer date. So it looks like the system is working OK ATM.

I got mine last week as well and there's no indication that my number is going to be ported as I requested. I was expecting the Vodafone SIM not to work until the port had happened, but it does work and has a new phone number.

Did you have to get in touch with Vodafone or did they contact you? Did you put your new SIM in when you got it, and did it work?

    Thanks

    Hi,

As I said, we have received the phone, are carrying out the cancellation, have sent you a cheque and I have both apologised and explained on here what is happening, and now consider the matter closed. As you're aware we are very, very busy dealing with customers so we simply do not have the time to continue ongoing correspondence.

If you email customer.services@mobiles.co.uk they should respond within 4 hours - PM me if not? I'd only be forwarding your email to them initially (I work in another department).

I thought that none of them worked, but interestingly one above appears to have so it looks like this isn't as clear-cut as I thought.
