Right...just got advice from TS.
They recommended I bank the cheques ASAP and write letter of complaint to T (who are T?) Then go for the outstanding balance in small claims.
Her suggestion of banking them ASAP worries me - it just sounds like they have knowledge that this company is going down soon!0 -
I would bank them ASAP as well, at least you will have got something !!!!!!!
If you allow it they will take around 45 working days (9 weeks or over 2 months) to pay. You have got to chase things up with a LBA soon after the 28 working days are up. It worked for me anyway. Point out if you can't be late, then neither can they. It's up to you whether you sue for future cashbacks, but I would have done it earlier before the cheques arrived. Certainly go for the missing page issue IF all is in order.

Thanks Lynsey
When making a claim online do I make 3 separate claims as there are 3 separate claimants? Or 5 separate claims as there are 5 separate rebates? Or 1 claim as a family?
XX XX - claimant 1 - "page stated missing and therefore loss incurred is £420"
XX XX - claimant 2 - "TnC's breeched by company as first payment received more than 2 months after initial claim sent"
XX XX - claimant 3 - "TnC's breeched by company as first payment received more than 2 months after initial claim sent"
Do you think the last 2 claims made would hold in a small claims court?0 -

No, its just good advice. (saying that I wouldn't touch any cashback deal with a bargepole). My mobile phone costs are £0 a year, as I live off free credits on free sims, and use 1 sim as my main incoming number. My current crop of 4 free tesco sims (£1 each) will last me about 6 months.0 -

Well before CNM I never had any problems with cashback dealsback in the day companies actually paid up and even gave you leeway if you were late sending bills [not that I ever was.]
The best deal I had was an annual cashback rebate to be paid for the whole year on T-Mobile ufix within 1 month of opening the contract! None of this "send us 3849027849073289 cheques throughout the year" stuff that we're getting now.
Such a shame that at the time I went with CNM this company had no "single cashback" deals. They do now*sighs*

goshdarnit, obviously if you never get a new handset, have to carry around two phones to be able to make and receive calls, confuse everyone you do ring with a new number every few weeks, and make hardly any calls anyway, then you can spend very little. This is not exactly comparable to a cashback deal!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Also his/her "Free" sims costs £1 each.
Or does he/she mean that they are free but have £1 credit?Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
If they do only have £1 credit you'll be forever in danger of being cut off in the middle of a call when it runs out!Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Thanks Lynsey

Yabbas, I would concentrate on dealing with you missing page issue first. Your other issues have been sorted, albeit late. Maybe when your next claim is over the 28 working days (5 1/2 weeks) is the correct time to "hit" them after a LBA first. With me they settled within a week when I pointed out they were in breach and I infrormed them of how I would be penalised for being late !!!!!!!!!!
But it's your shout and however you decide, I wish you well.
