It will be interesting to see - I doubt they will if you have a good case. The t&c have recently changed twice; the "fairer" ones are begrudgingly written after pressure from consumer direct/trading standards. I trust you are claiming for ALL the cashback plus court costs and statutory interest?0

Bob, in your letter before action, how long did you give them to settle before sueing??????????????????
Looks like I'm heading down that road as well, they refuse to settle within 28 working days stating they are having "delays"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lynsey
After I received the letter stating I had not sent the 2nd page of the bill, I wrote giving them the facts and asked them to search for it. I did not receive a reply so wrote again after 10 days stating I wanted my claim honoured within 14 days, if not I would then claim for the whole amount through moneyclaim online. Both letters were sent Recorded Mail. I received a letter after about 10 days which repeated their allegation I had not sent the 2nd page. I immediately put my claim in through moneyclaim. They acknowledged receipt, online, 2 days later and have 28 days to either defend or accept the claim. If they do not respond after that time I can asked the court for judgement, again online.
Hope this helps.

Right - applying for the full whack now ... should be around £3000.
They've apparently "processed" my cashbacks on the 4 other lines and congratulated me telling me it should be with me in 10 days. Suprise surprise nothing's come through the door.
My other cashback is "missing a page showing tarriff details" - they won't accept the scanned copy sent to them within the claim period; they won't accept the printed posted copy sent to them time and time again a few days after the claim period; and frankly there wasn't time to send them an "official" copy because with all the technological might of T-Mobile - their printers just can't print an invoice in time.
So yeah - that's the end of that. I wonder what court proceedings would entail.0 -
I have had the "your cheque should be with you within 10 days" email from my first claim (about 5 days ago). Am I to take it that I wont be receiving anything? I was beginning to look forwards to my money. Is anyone receiving anything anymore?0
-
Yes, you will receive - the only thing is it will take more than 10 days. In my experience, not much more than 10 days.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Keeping this one near the front. Others have to know all about this dodgy company.

Good luck with your claim Bob, not long now to find out.
My letter before action was sent yesterday and I should know within 10 days whether I need to sue.
