trevorh: I see they are trying to delay you further by saying that you must write to them with further evidence. Quite what this further evidence could be, when they have already stated you didn't send in the right stuff, I do not know. Go ahead with your recorded delivery pre-action letter or whatever it is called, to set the ball rolling.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Regarding previous terms and conditions - don't know if this is any help but on webarchive.org there are some archives of coolnewmobiles old web pages :

Hi trevorh,
I saved a copy of the terms and conditions in a word document in early december 06 . If your dad is looking for the terms of this particular time I can copy and paste them here if they are of any help to you or your dad?0 -

Well done Steve.
Doing a Google search revealed www.archive.org/index.php

If you could just paste the Instalment 1 section after 'Cash backs are claimed in 5 equal instalments' this will confirm the results of steve's good work

Hmmm, I sent the letter out on the 24th using 1st class recorded delivery.
Checked online today and still nothing on the RoyalMail .... I wonder if they're even bothering to answer their post?0 -
Mine went out on the 25th July. I'll keep you all informed at each stage.

In any court action, shouldn't you be claiming for the FULL amount of the cashback, as this company has wrongly repudiated the contract.
(sorry if this has been mentioned before).
IMO this company will be closed down, and re-opened under a different guise, in a few months.0 -
It's been said elsewhere that you should claim for everything, but I'm not so sure - after all, in order to obtain everything under normal circumstances you have to send in all your forms. I'm not sure a court would award you more than you would otherwise have got by ruling that the whole claim should be paid out without you having to go through the normal procedure to claim it. I'd only claim for the refused amount and continue to send subsequent forms in in the mean time.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0
