I used Quidco and got the Virgin Bundle, after a while I see that Quidco says the Virginn has refused to pay. Anybody has the same problem?0

No, When I used Quidco everything was done online, later I had an email from Virgin that I need to call them and pay the discounted (£49) rate for the Box. On quidco , initially I could see that the £150 has been tracked but later it says it has been declined by Virgin, There is No contact number for Quidco, Anybody has one?0

It is declined if the order is not wholly completed online. You can still submit an Earnings enquiry and they will make a new claim, but I suspect that they will say the whole transaction was not completed online and refuse to pay. This has happened to me with another company on Quidco.0 -
Just signed onto Quidco- when you click onto virgin media cashback it says "coming soon"
When clicking through on this link you get to a page with no links to the vigin media site and a load of sales jargon.
Is there something I'm missing here or has the offer ended?0 -

The £150 offer had certainly ended, it was down to £60 before saying "Coming Soon".0 -
I'm just about to move into a new flat, is it worth me waiting until they put this offer back on? - how quickly have they put it back up in the past? thanks0

I have also had mine declined, perhaps due to the credit check they carried out and then asked me to pay £30 up front?
I have only just had the services installed though, who can I threaten to leave to? Quidco/Virgin?It is declined if the order is not wholly completed online. You wont get anywhere with either. Quidco never guarantee payment and they can only pay you if they are paid, and good luck with calling VM and expecting someone to know who Quidco are.0 -
