My quidco never tracked, they said to wait till 29th August.
Went to report it yesterday it's now saying to wait till the 14th September!
Don't count on the cashback!
I frequently have items not tracking, Vodafone should track in a couple of days, when it didn't I had to wait three months before I could report it, when I did I then had to wait 60 days, but it is now showing as validated.0 -

Topcashback also pay 60.00/150.00 Cashback as well + up to 10% more depending on previous months transactions, equally 60.00/150.00 transaction will go towards up to 110% rate in October.

I had my cashback tracked on the same day but was never validated and then i checked today and it has been declined!

You only need to sign up to one service. Are you sure you are reading the offers correctly?
L Broadband - £5 per month for first 3 months and then £14 per month when you also take their phone for £11 (additional cost) i.e. £16 for 3 months then £25. If you don't want the phone it is £15 for three months then £20 per month.
Cheaper broadband is available elsewhere through a BT line.

Yes. With the £150 cashback offer (it says on quidco that you only need to subscribe to any cable supplied media through Virgin (ie this B'band)) to qualify for the discount. So that'd be £12.50 off each of those prices every month (I'm not looking to go down the Virgin phoneline route, as I just use my mobile (no BT line) - so cable all the way).

No that would work, remember though:
a) Money can take a few months to come through
b) Never any guarantee on money being received by Quidco and being paid on to you, VM could decline and you will have very little redress.0 -

I had a similar experience. It tracked the next day, but it was soon rejected. There was something a but funny where they actually rang me up to confirm what I had ordered (see my message to Quidco below), but I thoght that this may have been something to do with me placing the order at the end of the month and them trying to process it at the start of the next month after all of the offers had changed.
I'll be a bit miffed if it doesn't get paid. Luring people in with big £150 cashbacks and then flobbing them off is a bit cheeky. I've had issues in the past where things were declined and then I enquired and they eventually got put right.
I have placed the following query with Quidco but I'm currently awaiting a response.Hi,
i placed this order via quidco on Sun 30 Aug and got a standard 'order received - please wait' email. Quidco started tracking the order correctly. On Tue 1 Sept at ~6pm, I received a phonecall from Virgin telling me that I had passed the credit checks and that they were ready to process the order, but for some reason, they did not have the details of what I actually ordered on their system. I told them that I could not remember the exact order off the top of my head and that I would have to call them back. I explicity asked if these problems would affect my Quidco cashback and they said it would not. Later that evening (~8pm) I called Virgin back to sort this out. After explaining what had happened, and providing them with my 'Kana Reference Number' of ********, the lady was confussed to find that the full details were on the system. The lady was not sure who had called me earlier, or why they would have done so as there did not seem to be any problem with the order. Although I had previously provided my card details on their website, I was told to make a payment over the phone to cover the initial payment of £49 for the V+ installation. I again asked if this would affect my quidco claim and they told me that it shouldn't as the order had gone through correctly.
Please can you look into this for me? It appears as though the problems with their systems have caused this to be rejected.

:money:I've got myself abit confused and could do with a bit of help please.
I'm already out of my SKY contract and so can switch at any time, same with BT (I needed the line as I have Orange Broadband) and it's very rare I use the home phone and NEVER to ring mobiles.
My Orange Mobile contract runs out in October so I can change from them and change my Broadband package - I had stayed with Orange on Dolphin 35 to enable me to have free broadband but as I really only use my mobile for texting I could get a much lower package.
We have the lowest package from SKY+ at the moment (though I'd prefer to have the Discovery Channels & Home and Leisure) we also have a second box for use upstairs (but could manage with Freeview I guess for that one)
OK, which would be the best deal for me SKY+, Virgin or I'm bamboozled by all the information and have now got brain ache. HELP Please!!!!!!RainbowLiberty0 -
Been trying for two days to join Virgin via quidco but everytime i click the link from quidco through to Virgin all i get is a blank white page, the url at the top is correct ending in cashback but all is blank, i have tried dong it through the firefox browser but it is still blank, i have contacted quidco but have not got a reply yet Has this happened to anyone else?0

I just tried it for you. It took a while, but it did go through to their site after about 30 seconds. This was using firefox.
Still no response on my declined cashback btw.0
