I just had a Virgin bundle installed 13th August, I ordered it 29th July so only got the £65 cashback.
Is there anything I can do to take advantage of the £150 cashback?

I tried to purchase Virgin Broadband yesterday, hoping to get this cashback deal, however towards the end of placing the order I was asked for my address/telephone number, I have no landline so simply provided postcode and confirmed address, at this point I was prompted to phone Virgin in order to complete my order.
Anyone have any idea why I can’t complete the order online? Surely if I complete the order on the phone I will get no cashback...
I am having the exact same problem. I spoke to both Sales and Technical Support. The latter suggested the only reason why this problem would happen is (a) if customers are trying to sign up to "the wrong package", or (b) if their systems are temporarily down. He suggested waiting 2-3hrs and trying again. If this doesn't work, one can file a complaint to their head office via the 'contact us' link on their website, and they will reply within 48hrs.
If anyone else is having this issue or manages to resolve it, please do let me know.
Incidentally, during August the installation fee is down from £102 to £30 for new customers who don't already have a BT landline (like me), so this is a good month to be signing up. I will be very annoyed if I can't take advantage of this great offer!0 -
I opened 2 cable accounts, for myself and parents through these cashback sites. Both accounts still operational 11 months later. Lots of messing about from cashback site & they say Virgin, but we both still have yet to see the cashback.
Its a CON !0 -

Virgin Media Cable have never charged anything like £102 to connect a phone. Are you confusing Virgin National with Virgin Media Cable by any chance ?
Virgin National is the service they offer if you dont live a cabled area.

This £150/£130 cashback is for Virgin Media Cable customers only. Its £60 for Virgin National.0 -
Just moving into my own place, and looking to set up broadband, so naturally this has come at the right time.
Do you HAVE to sign up to get broadband plus phone/tv in order to get the £150 cashback? Ideally, I'm only needing the broadband element, but find the price it'd be (for the L broadband in a fibre optic geographic area) too good to be true surely??
Does anyone know if it still works with just the broadband selected?
Yours hopefully!0 -

You only need to sign up to one service. Are you sure you are reading the offers correctly?
L Broadband - £5 per month for first 3 months and then £14 per month when you also take their phone for £11 (additional cost) i.e. £16 for 3 months then £25. If you don't want the phone it is £15 for three months then £20 per month.
Cheaper broadband is available elsewhere through a BT line.0 -
My quidco never tracked, they said to wait till 29th August.
Went to report it yesterday it's now saying to wait till the 14th September!
Don't count on the cashback!0
