Hmm Virgin customer service as good as ever - order 4 weeks ago agree installation date and they turn up 45 mins late at 6:45 on friday - bloke stinks of cigarettes says hmm no signal let me check at the main box - needs a new cable disappears and never comes back!
Ring up and my install date has been changed but it maybe 20th or 27th - but no communication to me at all- dreadful, surprise surprise I have cancelled as I need my broadband.0
