I'm feeling a little unloved as no one seems to be making contact with us.
I know it's hard, but do try to be patientAllow them reasonable time to reply to you based on when you sent requests/offers etc. and then hound them constantly once the threshold for reasonable has been passed!

Just been at the outdoor paddling pool so the kids could use their lego boats and guess who had to retrieve the blooming things when they got stuck in the middle:rolleyes:.
Postie been and gone with a few 'you are in arrears' letters and 1 one from Capital One for me saying they can't accept my offer:rolleyes:. Will continue to pay it and send them another letter to say it's that or nowt:p.
Good news re one of our PPI claims - loan we had (which I think we paid off early with a consolidation loan:rolleyes:) have sent us an offer for £720:j:j - quick signature to accept and it's winging it's way back to them before they change their mind:rotfl:.
Well off to see what I can spend my £720 on:p on that's right I have debts to pay:rotfl:.0 -
