Hi Gar
No contact from Wescot - I reckon their frightened to phone that manic woman who spoke to them on Saturday morning:rotfl:. I thought they would at least had the common courtsey to acknowledge the email but nah! Then I guess they are a DCA after all:p.
Pretty quiet with me. Phone calls have all but nearly ceased and OH spoke to Halifax today re his credit card and they have requested us (well him but I'll have to do it:p) to download and complete a budget sheet from National Debtline and forward it to them - no big deal really as I will just input from my figures that I already sent to them.
Waiting also for Halifax to refund over £1000 of PPI charges. I am also hitting the credit card charges and going to log my complaints with the bank for bank charges, although I know nothing will be done until the court hearing. Don't think I will bother going down the hardship route.
Really stalling with the CCA's - bit scared to take the next step:eek:.
Catch up soon

ETA: Do you think I should for SAR for the creditors who only returned T&C's rather than actual agreements? I did post on the other thread but it seems pretty quiet over there at the min.0 -
Just thought I would update my dairy, although I have nothing to update:rotfl:.
Creditors have all gone quiet and only getting statements and default notices now. Capital One are being a bit arsey but I'll just ignore them for a week or so - they have all got their pro-rata payment bar one.
Now that my PPI reclaims are coming to an end and only a few outstanding I have turned my attention to credit card charges. Not alot of money but as Mr T would say 'every little helps'.
I have to find the bravery from somewhere, anyone know where I can buy this:p? And do my 12+2 letters to some of our creditors:eek:.
Boys are all settled back at school and DS2 loving nursery - not very moneysaving though as I have to go back and forth to the school:mad:. Started taking a book with me and sitting in the car for an hour until his hours go to the normal times.
I still haven't rec'ed my cheque from the Blackhorse reclaim:mad:. Want to open a new savings account with it so I can build up for F&F's.
Well I wil try and be more focused with this dairy and update daily:o.
Oh, btw today I actually managed to spend no money:j so I guess that makes it a no spend day:p.0 -

I rec'ed a reply from Wescot via email saying the case had been referred back to their client. I can only assume in normal talk that means it's closed.
They had better not contact me again:mad: pack off sour *****!:D0 -
BTW - I posted on the other thread re: SAR. I wouldn't waste your money with the ones who have only send T&Cs. Send off the next step 12+2 letters and save yourself the £10 that goes with the SAR's. If things get arsey down the line, then you have the SAR up your sleeve.:)

Wescot was just an outstanding payment with Sky - I didn't tell Sky I was cancelling and just cancelled the DD so it was a months payment just. I knew about it but just never got around to paying it:o0 -

Hi Gar
Everything fine. Little one started nursery and I seem to spend my time running to and from school:mad:.
Everything ok with DMP as well - only getting statements and defaults notices. The odd phone call but nothing too major.
Got another PPI reclaim for about £200:j.
Sent of my 12+2 Letters (Monday I think) and also started on my cc charges reclaim.
My poor dog is nearing the end though (hips have gone) so she has to go to the vets tomorrow and I'm expecting her not to come home againjust need to break the news to the kids - eldest will be devastated.
I promise not to stay away for so long again:rotfl:.0 -
Hi
Just another quick update re reclaiming charges.
B'card have agreed to pay back £194 for over limit charges and late fees:j. Our debt with them has went from approx. £1800 to £1000 within a week:j between PPI and charges reclaims.
Oh, but they did send us a letter saying that our credit limit has been reduced to £1500:rolleyes:.0 -
Just a quick update while I have a few mins to myself.
All quiet with the creditors at the minute re DMP with only the odd telephone call. Skycard are being absolute tw*ts and phoned constantly over the weekend - 6 times on Sunday:eek: each time after relaising they had spoke to me an hour previous. Going to fire off a harrassment letter. I also got some good advice from another poster re Skycard so going to following that through.
Reclaims are a bit quite at the min but Halifax have promised to repay over £1000 within the next month:j. I have also sent letters reclaiming all cc charges over the last six years - amounts to about £1000.
I need to move to the next step re CCA next week so will be looking into that.
Our poor dog was put down on so it's been a bit sad for everyone. Just awaiting a lovely vets bill:rolleyes:.
Be back soon with more updates.
 Blue0
